AEW Collision Results (6/21/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens with a brief comment from Stokely Hathaway, who is with Konosuke Takeshita and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Hathaway says he’ll win an eight-man tag team match. Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness welcome us.

John Moxley’s music is a hit and we get a shot of Moxley and Wheeler Utah standing outside the venue. The camera then enters the venue and advances towards the ring for the first match of the night in the crowd. Ar Fox moves through the stage towards the ring.

Non-title match: Death Rider’s AEW World Champion Jon Moxley vs. AR Fox

The match begins with AR Fox fighting Jon Moxley, but he is intercepted with his right hand as he jumps out of the turnbuckle. Moxley then takes Fox to the ropes before pushing him outward for a strike, where he continues his attack before bringing Fox back into the ring. Fox then fights back by cutting Moxley with a rope, then hits a kick that sends Moxley to the floor, and he drops onto Moxley.

Fox returns Moxley to the ring, but Utah catches him with a turnbuckle and allows Moxley to bite him off him before he digs into Fox’s back. Moxley then tightens a triangular choke on his head and arm, leading to an avalanche suppression, but he only gets two counts. Moxley then goes to Bulldog Chalk, but Fox fights. Moxley cinches Fox in another hold until Fox reaches the rope for a break.

Moxley then goes for a kick that Fox catches before bringing him back outside. Fox went diving before he brought Moxley back into the ring. Fox hits the cutter with Moxley. Moxley then hits Fox, but slams a gotch-style pile driver while slamming him with several elbow strikes before locking him into the naked choke in the rear. Fox faints, and the judge calls for Bell.

After the match, Moxley continues the beatdown before telling Utah to get the microphone. Moxley then runs down Hangman Adam Page as Utah kicks Fox out of the ring. Moxley then talks about Page angering his talent for years, and says he’s tired of Page’s crybaby crap. As Moxley said, the crowd boo. He says this is a tough sport and a tough business. Moxley then says on July 12th that he intends to page out the sport forever. Moxley says that since this sport is not for him, Page can go back to counting chickens on his farm. Then it hits when Moxley’s music drops the microphone.

After that, you’ll get a video package while watching Grand Slam: Mexico.

After that, we head backwards. There, Adam Cole hypes the all-star 8-man tag team match side, saying their victory is uncontroversial.

Konosuke Takechita and Kyle Fletcher move towards the ring for the next night’s match. Ftr, Stokely Hathaway, Bandido, Daniel Garcia and Paragon then head towards the ring.

Harwood then sneaks into an attack on Garcia, which allows Fletcher to get the nearby fall. Harwood then tags and continues his attack for a fall near his own, before moving on to Chinlock. Garcia then fights with his feet before hitting Harwood with a suppression on his back. Garcia then tagged Bandido. The bandid then attack the gust of attack, not only in Harwood, but also Takeshita and Fletcher, before running to allow Wheeler to be sent out for Bandido’s diving. All eight go to it until Cole takes Fletcher to the mat. They all rise to their feet for standoffs, followed by a brawl, which ultimately cleans up the ring. Cole then stops the crushing machine with Strong as Bandido jumps out with Takeshita. Strong just stops the FTR and hits with a thrust kick to the crushing machine, and Harwood gets the pin for the victory.

Hologram, Willow Nightingale and Mark Briscoe head into the ring for the next night’s match, followed by Taya Valkyrie and the MXM collection.

Mixed Trio Tag Team Match: Willow Nightingale, Mark Brisco, Hologram vs. Taya Valkyrie and MXM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor)

The match begins with Taya Valkyrie and Willow Nightingale and Nightingale, and is immediately taken to the corner for Valkyrie’s string of strikes, but Nightingale fights almost for the fall. We then returned to ringside and after last week’s issues, Workholzman is taking it with Big Bill and Brian Keith. This then began behind the scenes during a break, when Bill, Keith Slam Henry and Drake spilled to ringside in opposition to the ringstep. Keith then sets up some chairs for Bill and bumps into a chokeslam, sending Henry to the chair. Bill then seeks a musical hit with Mike and Christian Cage. Then we head backwards and see Anthony Bowens and Billygan discussing issues from the summer’s big hit. Bowens talks about having to climb the ranks in AEW before walking, and Billy says he knows.

Ricochet then heads into the ring for the next match in the evening, followed by Jet Speed ​​and Agony gates.
