Rich Swann has officially found a temporary new home. The former TNA world champion made his debut with NWA in Tampa, Florida, during a TV taping, marking his first significant wrestling appearance since facing legal challenges and personal issues.
Swann’s involvement won’t be limited to just one event; he is scheduled to participate in upcoming NWA dates, including the NWA 77 event next month in Huntington, Long Island.
This debut comes on the heels of a difficult period for Swann outside the ring, including an arrest last year in Altamonte Springs, Florida, for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice—both misdemeanor offenses.
According to police reports, Swann attempted to force his way into an apartment, possibly confusing it with his own, and confronted the residents while brandishing a firearm. He ultimately fled the scene, but the incident resulted in his arrest and his departure from TNA wrestling.
