Charlotte Flair addressed rumors about undergoing cosmetic procedures in a personal essay shared on The Players’ Tribune.

“I’ve faced this kind of scrutiny throughout most of my career, but I try not to take it personally,” Flair shared. “On some level, I understand it. I’m relatively well-known and have a career that involves showcasing my body.”

She highlighted the frustration of her accomplishments often being overshadowed by comments about her looks and the challenge of separating her wrestling persona, Charlotte Flair, from her real identity, Ashley.

“People get so caught up in the smart wrestling talk that they forget basic things, like the fact that I am not actually Charlotte Flair,” she explained.

Looking ahead, Charlotte Flair is set to compete at WWE Evolution 2 in Atlanta on July 13, 2025. She and Alexa Bliss will team up to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a fatal four-way match. Representing SmackDown, they earned their spot by defeating Secret Service and the team of Sewing Machine & B-Fab in a triple threat contest. Their opponents will include the reigning champions Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), and NXT’s Sarray and Zaria.

This unexpected alliance between two former singles champions has already caught fans off guard, with Flair aiming to capture another title after her recent loss to Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania 41.

Fan Take: This update is significant for WWE fans as it highlights Charlotte Flair’s resilience and versatility, showing she’s ready to reinvent herself and compete at the highest level once again. The evolving dynamics in the women’s tag division suggest thrilling new rivalries and storylines that could elevate the sport further.
