AEW is altering the format of its major events. The upcoming Saturday show in Arlington, Texas will have a shorter duration and a more streamlined match card compared to recent years, as reported by Fightful Select.

The Texas event is expected to conclude before WWE’s Saturday night main event at 8 pm ET. The main card for “All In” is set to begin at 3 pm ET, implying the total event will last under five hours. This marks a significant change from recent AEW pay-per-views like “Dynasty,” which lasted 4 hours and 23 minutes, and “Double or Nothing,” which ran for 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Additionally, the 2025 event will feature fewer matches than the 2023 and 2024 editions. The revised match lineup for this Saturday includes:

– AEW World Championship Texas Death Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page
– AEW Women’s World Championship: Toni Storm (c) vs. Mercedes Monet
– Winner Takes All: Kazuchika Okada (AEW Unified Champion) vs. Kenny Omega (IWGP World Heavyweight Champion)
– Swerve Strickland & Will Ospreay vs. The Young Bucks
– TNT Championship: Adam Cole (c) vs. Kyle Fletcher
– AEW World Tag Team Championship: Wounds (c) vs. Patriarchy vs. Jet Speed
– Men’s Casino Gauntlet Match
– Women’s Casino Gauntlet Match

Fan Take: This shift to a shorter, more focused show signals AEW’s effort to create a tighter, more engaging viewing experience for fans, potentially boosting excitement and retention. It also shows the promotion’s willingness to innovate and distinguish itself in the crowded wrestling landscape.
