AEW TBS champion Mercedes Moné is teaming up with Crunchyroll to launch an anime-inspired clothing line, with a portion of the sales benefiting charity. Crunchyroll revealed the partnership on their official website, introducing an exclusive merchandise collection featuring Moné. The collection is available for purchase online through the Crunchyroll store and will also be showcased at Starcast Texas during the Wrestling Convention, as well as at the Crunchyroll Anime Fan Fest held at San Diego Comic-Con. A part of the profits will be donated to Step Up, a nonprofit organization focused on mentorship.

Moné’s passion for anime is well-known; previously, during the 2022 Royal Rumble event, she (then known as Sasha Banks) donned Sailor Moon-inspired attire, marking one of her final appearances at a WWE Premium Live event. Now, as Moné dominates AEW, she is poised to become the next AEW women’s world champion. Fans are encouraged to stay updated on her upcoming appearances in Texas.

Fan Take: This collaboration highlights Mercedes Moné’s unique blend of wrestling and anime culture, bringing fresh energy to AEW’s brand. It also shows how wrestlers can engage fans beyond the ring while supporting meaningful causes, signaling growth and creativity within the sport.
