All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has officially announced that the Wrestling Dream Pay-Per-View will return in October 2025, but this time with a significant change in location—it will not be held in Washington as before. Instead, the event is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri.
Following the 2023 and 2024 events in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, respectively, AEW confirmed the new venue for the 2025 WrestleDream. AEW President Tony Khan expressed his enthusiasm about bringing the event to St. Louis, highlighting the city’s rich wrestling history and its potential to add a new chapter to that legacy. Tickets will become available to the public on July 28th at 10 a.m., with early premium seat access starting July 22nd and pre-sale beginning July 24th. Fans can gain early entry by signing up for AEW Insider.
This announcement also marks the second consecutive year AEW will host a pay-per-view at Chaifetz Arena, which has already hosted ten AEW events across six dates, including the 2022 Road Rager edition of “AEW Dynamite” in 2024.
The previous WrestleDream events were notable for several memorable moments, such as Adam “Edge” Copeland’s AEW debut in 2023, the first chapter of the Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page rivalry, and the technical masterpiece between Bryan Danielson and Zack Sabre Jr.
Fan Take: This news is exciting for AEW fans because it signals the company’s commitment to expanding its reach beyond the Pacific Northwest and honoring wrestling traditions in a historically significant city like St. Louis. Hosting WrestleDream in a new market with strong wrestling roots could elevate the event’s prestige and bring fresh energy to AEW’s growing fanbase.
