WWE’s shift of “Monday Night Raw” to Netflix on January 6th from the USA Network has delivered outstanding results, with the show continuing to dominate global streaming charts. According to a recent report by Joe Otterson in Variety, the wrestling flagship has held a spot in Netflix’s global top 10 for 27 consecutive weeks, showing strong and steady viewer engagement since its debut on the platform. The program now averages 6.3 million hours watched and over 3 million views weekly, a significant increase from its previous average of 1.65 million viewers per week on the USA Network during fall 2024.

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque praised Netflix as an excellent partner and credited WWE fans for their passionate support. Netflix executives have also expressed satisfaction with the collaboration. Gabe Spitzer, Netflix’s Vice President of Sports, remarked, “We’re excited to be a great destination for WWE content. The show’s popularity extends beyond the US, consistently entering the top 10 in Mexico for 26 weeks, Canada for 23 weeks, and the UK for 22 weeks, underscoring WWE’s strong global appeal. Spitzer emphasized the advantage of combining WWE’s content with Netflix’s extensive distribution and marketing network to unify and elevate the brand’s presence worldwide.

This success was bolstered by engaging storylines like John Cena’s retirement tour, Jay Uso’s reign as World Heavyweight Champion, and championship wins by Dominique “Dirty Dom” Mysterio and Laila Valkyria. WWE’s major live events such as “Money in the Bank” and “Elimination Chamber” also earned top 10 positions in 37 countries, drawing particular enthusiasm from fans in Bolivia, Canada, the UK, Egypt, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
