WWE Superstar Chelsea Green is well-known for being outspoken about her creative ideas. In a recent interview, she shared one of her most distinctive concepts, where she imagined herself as a human version of Lily, the eerie doll associated with Alexa Bliss.
During a conversation with Rick Ucchino from Sports Illustrated’s Takedown, Green recounted her pitch to WWE Creative. Her idea involved Lily dolls coming to life to join forces with Bliss.
“There are plenty of ideas, but the one I can really emphasize now is my pitch for Alexa Bliss’s doll to transform into Lily,” Green explained. “Someone has to take on the role. She needs to cast a spell to bring the doll to life and turn it into a tag team partner.”
The life-sized Lily doll played a significant role in Alexa Bliss’s supernatural character back in 2021. Since her comeback, Bliss has been carrying a smaller version of the doll during her entrance.
Although the pitch by Bliss and Green didn’t come to life, both women are actively part of major storylines now. Alexa Bliss has recently teamed up with former rival Charlotte Flair to challenge Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at SummerSlam. Meanwhile, Chelsea Green, who leads the “Secret Hervice” faction on Monday Night Raw, recently came up short in a match against Nikki Bella.
Fan Take: This insight into Chelsea Green’s creative pitch highlights the kind of innovative storytelling WWE fans crave, blending supernatural elements with compelling character dynamics. If such ideas had taken off, it could have added an exciting new layer of intrigue to the women’s division, showing the potential for more imaginative and engaging WWE narratives.
