Adam Pierce might not be everyone’s favorite, and one so-called “fan” was willing to spend their hard-earned money to make their dissatisfaction known to the Raw General Manager. On Facebook, Pierce revealed that someone subscribed to his profile just to leave profane comments demanding his firing.
He shared, “I was just congratulated and now I’m seeing profanity-laced comments from subscribers telling me they want me fired. Yes, someone paid my small subscriber fee just to insult me. I repeat: adults who questioned their own judgment paid to send me abuse. It’s a fever, folks. 😂 I love someone today.”
Despite fans’ opinions, there is no sign that WWE plans to part ways with Pierce. The five-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion joined WWE in May 2015, later advancing to the main roster and being named as the General Manager of WWE Raw by Triple H in October 2023.
As the road to SummerSlam nears its climax, Pierce remains busy, juggling his responsibilities both on-screen and behind the scenes as a producer. While some may hope for a day when Pierce receives well wishes for his future, that moment doesn’t appear to be coming soon.
Fan Take: This news highlights the intense scrutiny WWE personalities face from fans and how passionate the wrestling community is about leadership roles on shows like Raw. Pierce’s ability to handle criticism while maintaining his position could shape the direction and tone of WWE programming moving forward.
