During a Summerslam recap show, Jeff Hardy explained that he and Matt initially planned just to watch the TLC match. However, they ended up arriving right before the event started and enjoyed the show from the front row.
"I was excited to see the Ladder match the next day. I was coming out today and flying out tonight, but watching the show from the front row was amazing," Jeff said.
Matt Hardy mentioned that their plans came together very quickly, saying, "Yeah, it was very last minute. It all happened today."
