WWE RAW Results (8/18/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens with Michael Cole welcoming us and mentioning that Philadelphia was the 29th time he hosted Raw. Cole then sends to a video package where he played last week’s episode of WWE Raw.
The music of WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakkin” Rollins is a hit, and he moves towards the ring with Bron Breaker, Bronson Reed and WWE Hall of Fame Paul Heyman. Paul Heyman introduces himself and says that in this city he is a god and is too humble to build a statue for him for what he did for the industry. Heyman says he is a goat. Heyman says the ring is full of goats. Heyman says Bron is the future of WrestleMania. Heyman says that Bron was the man who taught Roman rule as if he were afraid of the spear. Heyman then says that there is a man who defeated the Romans, the owner of Shoelafarah, the master of the shoemaker. Heyman then introduces tribal thief Bronson Reid. Heyman then moves to Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins puts this all together and deserves more credit than he does. Heyman was the man who fixed Rollins’ rule in the main event of WrestleMania, and he never did it, but he did it twice.
Heyman then passes the microphone to the Rollones, but he is interrupted by Jay Uso before Rollones speaks. The lie says he’s tired of listening to the vision and disrespectting his family, reminding Rollins that Gunther tapped out at WrestleMania 41 to win the World Heavyweight Championship ahead of the WWE Clash in Paris. Later, Lie calls Breaker for the puppy dog, but Rollins asks Breaker if he’s ever heard the lie say. The USO then rilizes Breakker, and Breakker attempts to chase USO in the crowd. Reed and Rollins then held him down and challenged Heyman to USO to make the match against Blakeker a disqualified or count-out match. USO then accepts Heyman’s challenge and tells him that he is thinking the same thing and officially agrees to the extreme rules match.
Michael Cole then mentions what happened between Asuka, Kairi Thane and Illo Sky last week, and sees what happened in Sky’s match with Roxanne Perez. Afterwards, Asuka and Kairi Thane appear as they look at the sky at the gorilla position. I’m sorry for Asuka last week. Sky says it’s okay and she thanks Asuka. Thane tells Sky to let him know if he needs help. Asuka tells Sky she has their help if she needs it. Sky knows that Asuka and Thane carry her on her back, but she says she needs to do it herself.
Then we look back at Bailey’s interview last week.
Iyo Sky will then head into the ring for the first match of the night, followed by Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez.
Single Match: “The Genius of the Sky” Aiyo Sky vs. Raquel Rodriguez on Judgment Day
The match begins with Sky trying to defeat Rodriguez. Rodriguez is then standing, hitting a body slam with Sky before sending her crash to the mat in a spinning sidewalk slam, seeking pins. Sky kicks out then hits a drop kick with Rodriguez and follows it on the second kick. She then appears to be on a plane to nail Rodriguez on the outside, but Perez grabs her by the ankle. This opens the door where Rodriguez runs over the sky in the clothesline.
Rodriguez then slaps the hammer and anvil elbow into the sky during a break, then polishing her with a submission hold. Sky then runs away with a Joebreaker at Rodriguez, but Rodriguez runs through the sky. Rodriguez then pins Sky, but Sky kicks him out and Rodriguez tightens another obedience to her. She then splashes her into the corner before delivering alternating elbows to her. Rodriguez then sets up the elbows of the empty corkscrew. Sky then rolls out of the way, crashing Rodriguez out of the ring and hitting a dropkick in his knee. She then hits a second dropkick in Rodriguez’s head before climbing onto the top rope and hitting the missile dropkick. Skye then appears to hit Meteora with Rodriguez, but Rodriguez intercepts her and hits a slum on vacation. She then goes to Pin, but Skye is kicked out.
Sky then hits a jawbreaker with Rodriguez, then hits a double step stool in the chest and climbs onto the top rope. She then sets up for a Moon Zoo Over, but Rodriguez keeps out of the way and flips the sky over with a clothesline. She then goes to Pin, but Skye is kicked out. Rodriguez appears to hit the empty boots, but Skye winds her up. Rodriguez then kicks off, but Skye hits a tornado DDT from the horn, then flies through the rope in the center, nailing it to the outside. Rodriguez is then empty due to a Texan bomb, but Skye escapes in Hurricane Lana. She then follows it at Rodriguez’s Meteora, then climbs onto the top rope and bumps into her moonzoo for victory.
Singles winner, “Genius of the Sky” Aiyo Sky!
After the match, Perez blinds the sky. She then passes her right and left hands before Rodriguez joins. She then holds the sky in place, but Rhea Ripley’s music hits and she runs into the ring to come to Skye’s aid. Sky then slams Rodriguez’s missile dropkick from the top rope, and Ripley hits her with a big boot, causing her to cross the top rope and crash out of the ring.
Lanite and Jackie Redmond are then seen in the hallway, and she shows off his match in Clash in Paris. Knight says he doesn’t care about the plans. The commercial punk appears and he apologises for the interruption, and he asks for a moment Jackie. Knight says it’s okay. Punk tells Knight that he needs to be on the same page. Knight says Punk stabbed him in the nose in the title match. Punk says they need to look at each other’s backs for the numbers game. The Knight then brings up what happened last week. Punk says if they do, they won’t reach Paris. Knight says he will be the champion coming out of Paris.
Grayson Waller then silences the tag’s title. Kofi has been 50 days since the tag title was stolen from them. He then says he should know about this crowd losing for the 76ers. Woods then says that the disgusting, good looking Gremlins town will cheer for the losers, which is what they intend to cheer for Penta. He then says that Penta is full of criminals. He then says that Penta ruined the $18,000 mourning hat. Woods says he is going to beat Penta’s peso tonight, as Penta paid him zero dollars. Kofi says fans should be grateful that you are about to witness it.
After that we head to another behind the scenes area. There, Rhea Ripley says that although she knows Iyo Sky won the match, she couldn’t get involved. Kairi Thane asks Sky if she’s okay. Asuka asks if Ripley can help, why can’t they? Ripley says Asuka can’t be seen anywhere. Asuka says that Skye asked them not to get involved. Ripley and Asuka scream at each other, Sky screaming and fleeing. Asuka then tells Ripley to leave their business and she leaves. Thane realizes that she needs to leave. Ripley then walks down the hallway.
New Day and Grayson Waller heads into the ring for the next night’s match, followed by Penta.
Single Match: Xavier Woods in Penta vs. New Day
The match starts when Penta wants to do Zeromiedo’s thing, but Woods blocks it. Penta then pushes back through the forest and the forest. Then Penta does his Zeromiedo and Woods bites his hand. Penta then goes to the Penta Driver, but Woods escapes. Woods then hits an inverted suppression for the nearby fall. Woods then hits an uppercut and kick. Woods then hits punches and some chops.
Woods then misses the splash, but Penta kicks Woods in an honor roll attempt. After that, Penta hits Penta’s driver and he has to hesitate to make the cover. Kofi Kingston places Woods’s foot on the ropes to break the count. Penta then jumped down Woods’ back and jumped into Waller and Kingston. Woods then gets an internal cradle for the nearby fall. Penta then hits a kick, and he sets up for the destroyer and hits it for victory.

After the match, Waller and Kingston chase after Penta, but Penta breaks out of the ring.

Baller then kicks the iguana and he tries to crawl to his horn. Baller. Then he kicks and slaps the iguana. The iguana then hits an arm drag for two counts. The Iguana then drops a kick onto the floor, and McDonna is sent to the floor by Lee and Iguana. Lee and Iguana then slam the flip dive on McDonna and Baller. The iguanas then approach autumn. Lee then tags and he punches Valor. Lee then slams Irish whip and laundry into the corner. Lee then dropkicks onto his back for the nearby fall. Lee then hits a sunset flip, but Baller rolls and hits a dropkick. The baller then sends Lee to the turnbuckle and tag JD with JD. JD suffocates Lee with ropes and dom with punches when the referee is not in place. JD knocks the iguana out of the apron. JD hits Slingshotstomp with Snapmare and Fin tag.
