AEW Collision Results (9/6/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens with Tony Ciavone and Nigel McGuinness, with Death Riders (John Moxley and Marina Shafir) heading into the ring for their first match behind the scenes. Daniel Garcia then heads for the ring.

Single Match: Death Rider John Moxley vs Daniel Garcia

The match begins with both men locking up and Garcia sends Moxley to the corner. Then you’ll get a clean break. Both men are then re-confined in the center of the ring. Garcia drops Moxley down with a drop toe hold. Garcia has since had an STF on Moxley. Garcia then rolls up Moxley and covers him with two counts. Moxley locks Garcia and sends him out. Moxley then kicks Garcia back, but Garcia quickly gets up and slams Moxley with a punch. Moxley then fights back when Garcia falls. Moxley then grabs Garcia’s left hand and bends his fingers. Moxley then smashes his left hand on Garcia in the corner. Moxley then tells Garcia. Garcia will turn into a Chopfest. Moxley then faces Garcia as both men exchange chops.

Moxley then holds Garcia in the corner and nails her face with her elbow. Garcia then throws Moxley into the corner and lets him down. Moxley is on his feet as Garcia defeats him with a dropto hold. Moxley holds his left leg and Garcia begins his work, stomping on his knees and Moxley’s ankles. Garcia has Moxley’s legs wrapped around a steel ring post. Garcia then nails Moxley’s foot and is trapped in him in Figure 4. The judge breaks the hold. Marina Shafir then offers a helping hand and picks up Garcia. This allows Moxley to hit him with a dropkick and sends Garcia to the floor.

Garcia piles of Moxleys on her apron. The action then returns to the ring as Garcia picks up Moxley and slams him. Both men are up with feet swapping blows. Garcia defeats Moxley and he stomps him with the corner. Garcia then kicks Moxley and chases after him, kneeling all over his face. Garcia then places the boots on Moxley’s face. Garcia then moves closer by repeatedly moxley. Garcia then attacks Moxley with a swinging neckbreaker. Both men are on top rope and we get a superplex. Garcia covers Moxley, but Moxley is kicked out. Moxley returns and nails Garcia with her knees to her face. Moxley then tries two pins, but Garcia kicks out. Garcia then locks onto Moxley’s Lion Tammer. Garcia then locks the hold as Moxley crawls into the rope and breaks the hold.

Moxley is Garcia’s Jaws. Garcia places the boots on Moxley’s throat and nails Moxley to her face. Moxley then recovers, but both men send each other over the top rope, bump into the apron and fall to the floor. The judge begins counting 10. Moxley shows his frustration. The action is back in the ring as both men are slapped at each other. Garcia then only rolls up Moxley for two counts. Moxley then immediately rolls up Garcia to win.

Singles match winner, Death Rider John Moxley!

Garcia appears disappointed when the camera goes to Moxley after the match. He then stands up and whispers something at the marina. As Marina praises Garcia, Papa Magic leaves the commentary desk to go talk to Garcia. Tony Ciaborne then grabs the microphone and says the last five years have been an incredible performance after an incredible performance, and he has nothing to show that. Garcia says he’ll come back when he falls. After that, Garcia says five years are good, but sometimes it’s not enough. Garcia then tells the photographer to get out of her face.

Next, you’ll get a video package that brings Kenny Omega with Dynamite to hype the Don Charis family. This leads to “Hangman” Adam Page and Joshu Alexander to announce the dynamite grim match.

Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness will run down the rest of the cards for tonight.

We then head backwards, where Big Bill and Brian Keith cut the promotion and Bill says this was the building where his life was rock bottom. He then runs down Philadelphia and he whips anyone as he is a former AEW World Tag Team Champion and comes from New York City, where the real tough guy was made. He then says that another man from New York City likes to move his mouth and doesn’t know where he is and that someone is officially calling out to him. That’s Eddie Kingston.

The FTR then heads into the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Adam Priest and Tommy Billington.

Tag Team Match: Adam Priest and “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dachshund “ax” Harwood

The match begins with cash and a priest. Cash defeats the priest, but he is quickly standing up. Cash then tries to greet the priest, but he is defeated by a side headlock. Cash stomps on the priest. Cash then tries to suppress the priest, but the priest refutes. They will then be tagged with Billington. It will then be tagged to Dax. Dax takes over Tommy’s side headlock take. Billington is up as the Ducks defeats him with a shoulder tackle, but Tommy returns with a side takedown. The priest is then tagged. He lowers the dachshund and covers him for a one count. The cash will then be tagged. He then carves the priest as the cash trash is talking to him. Cash then runs the ropes, but meets a big dropkick by the priest. Billington is then tagged. Next, the stereo snap suppresses double the team FTR. The FTR then rolls out of the ring.

Cash tags the dachshunds who slap the priest. The Dachshunds leaves the ring as the priest chases him. Cash is tagged as a priest on the FTR Double Team. FTR carves the priest as both men fight on the floor. The priest sends cash to one of the criteria near ringside. Billington will then be tagged. He then goes off the top and hits Dax with a massive dropkick. Billington then locks with the Dachshund cross. Dax then rolls and breaks out of the move. Dax then goes to Sharpshooter, but is pushed out by Billington. Dax then defeats Billington and covers him with just two counts.

The Ducks then place Billington on the top rope. Billington then slaps the Dachshund to fight him, then sends the Dachshund. Billington, like the priest, was off the top and hit a double-flying headbutt. Billington then covers the Dachshunds, but the cash breaks the pin. Billington then tags the priest, whom Dachshunds nails the jaw priest. Once you get twice as many German suppressions, you’ll get cash. The FTR doubles Billington and the priest. Both the priest and Billington are down. Billington is then sent to the floor with the Dachshunds superplexing the priest. He then tracks it down with the priest with a powerful Plex. After that, Dax wins a priest.

Tag Team Match winner: FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax “The Axe” Harwood!

After the match, the Ducks attack the priest. Billington then comes to make a save. Stokeley then has a microphone and says he wants to stay with Billington and the priest. Then close the fup chant. Stokely says this is all due to Adam Copeland and Christian Cage, and it will be the end of Copeland and Christian. He then says the people at the top.

Afterwards, we get a vignette with the Outrunner in the woods and find out that Dalton Castle is back.

After that we head to the parking garage. There, Moxley asks what he thinks Derby Allyn wants he doesn’t have. Moxley then asks what Derby is taking from him. Moxley then says they were exiles that no one wanted. Moxley then says that Derby is back for a fight breaks his heart. Moxley says he’ll put Derby Alyn on the ground.

The crazy triangle moves towards the ring for the next night’s match, followed by Megan Bene. Harley Cameron, Chris Stalander, Minasilakawa and Tonistorm head towards the ring.

All-Star 8 Woman Tag Team Match (No one is banned from ringside): AEW Women’s World Champions “Timeless” Toni Storm, Mina Shirakawa, Chris Statellander, Harley Cameron vs. Madness Triangle (“Toxic Spider” Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart) and “The Megasus” Megan Bayne

The match begins with Thekla going straight after the storm, but Storm fights back and places his boots on TheKla. Storm then hits a backbreaker with TheKla and tags with Mina. Both women then double the team Thekla as Mina covers Thekla with two counts. Thekla is up as she tagged with Julia Hart. Harley Cameron is also tagged. Statlander then comes in and Hart covers the heart with two counts. Statlander then sends Hart to the turnbuckle. Mina will then be tagged. Mina sends a heart and covers her with just two counts. After that, Thekla, Blue and Bayne go to the other side and pull down Statlander, Storm and Cameron.

Mina then tries to wind it up blue, but a heart comes in and is just DDT by Mina. Mina then tags Arashi. She then defeats Thekla and Bayne. Storm sucked blue and hit a blue hip attack on the horn. Statlander then enters, but Megan Bayne drags her out of the ring. Statlander then supports Mina and sends her to Bane’s floor on the ropes. German from the storm suppresses the heart in the ring, but the spear is embraced by Thekla. Bane then enters, but collapses by Statlander. Bayne and Statlander then take each other out and hit the floor. Cameron then nails the blue and drops her onto the mat as both women go down.

The Heart and Statlanders then hammer each other in the center of the ring. After that, the heart is locked with Statlander. Bane and Cameron are fighting on the floor. Statlander then breaks out of the hold, but Hart only rolls Kris for two counts. Chris then faces the plant Julia and rolls her up for victory.

All-Star 8 Woman Tag Team Match, AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm, Minasila Kawa, Chris Stander and Harley Cameron winners!

After the match, Storm takes out the Heart and Blue and saves from the crazy triangle of the time, but that’s too much as Storm is taken out. Mina then comes in to make a save, but the numbers are too many as Mina is defeated with a super kick. Thekla then spears Mina in the center of the ring. They then grab the storm, but Jaime Heiter’s music strikes and she enters her circle and removes Thekla. Heart and Blue pull out TheKla to avoid damage from haters. Hater then offers his hand to help the storm rob Jaime’s hand. Hater then says that she’s just trying to help her. Statlander then tries to play the peace maker. Storm asks if everyone wants to get the nuts. Storm says he can get a ballistic trajectory. Storm challenges a match between Heiter and Starlander as her partner in a crazy triangle.

Next, you get a vignette featuring Ace Austin.

After that, we head backwards. There, Lexi Nia interviews Austin Gunn and Juice Robinson on their plans after Jay White and Colten are out. Juice is the time to remove the cardboard jay and cardboard corten and reorganization.

After that, you get the vignette where Riho returns to AEW after Mercedes Monet retains the TBS title at Alex Windsor.

Tony Ciaborne will then introduce Kyle Fletcher, Josh Alexander, Don Karis, and AEW TNT champion “Protostal” Kyle Fletcher, and Josh Alexander and Don Karis of “Walking Weapons.” Schiavone says that if Mark Briscoe can beat Conosuke Takeshita, he will win a shot in the TNT title. Charis says he has something to say. He then says Fletcher is everything Kenny Omega is more than that. Charis says he took out the Omega forever and placed the punk card on the Hangman Page. Alexander then grabs the microphone and the mock hangman. Then close the fup chant. Alexander says he has Don Karis. Alexander talks about his history with the Hangman, how he learns from his mistakes, how he is another man, and how he runs through him for his family.

Fletcher then holds the microphone and talks about what was the first step to bring back the AEW world champion to the Don Charis family last Wednesday. Step 2 then says that Alexander is taking on the Hangman. After that, Fletcher says he will be the champion for a very long time and has to pass Takeshita tonight, but that doesn’t happen. The fans then recite “put on your socks.” Kyle then says he will fill in the shoes of people who are injured and not taking action. He then says he will become the greatest TNT champion of all time and hold the AEW World Championship. He then says he wants a shot at all with the world title. The reason, he says, is where Hangman had his first chance in the title. He then says it won’t take six years to become a man. Kyle says that if Hangman doesn’t accept that he will be on the shelf like he did with Omega, he will put him on the shelf. Kyle then says Hangman and everyone will say his full name. Kyle holds the TNT title high so that fans boo him.

Then you get another vignette featuring the evil hologram and the word “quickly.”

Then head backwards as Lexy Nair interviews the conglomerate. Kyle O’Reilly says they’re cloning Luchador. Roderick Strong calls Tomohiro Ishii the potato head. O’Reilly says the ishii has been departing for Japan for several weeks. Strong says he can stay there. O’Reilly then talks again about cloning technology.

They then head to the parking lot where Lexy Nair is interviewing Anthony Bowens. Nare asks Bowens how he has a celebrity appearance. Jerry Lynn then appears and tells the Bowens how great he is with every title he had. Lynn then tells Bowens to look closely at the mirror and figure out what he’s missing.

Konosuke Takechita then heads to the ring for the night’s main event, followed by Mark Briscoe.

Single Match: Congolemeration’s Mark Briscoe vs. Don Callis Family’s “The Alpha” Conosuke Takeshita

The match begins with Taketa locking Briscoe, but he gets out of the hold. After that, Brisco only rolls Takeshita for two counts. Takechita then retreats, but Takeshita peers Briscoe’s eyes. Takeshita then tries to suppress Briscoe, but he breaks the hold. Brisco then suppresses Takeshita. Takeshita is on the floor. Takeshita gets up and hits Briscoe on his legs, and Mark is on the apron and sends him to the floor. Takeshita then sends Brisco back into the ring. Takechita has Briscoe’s headlock as fans reach behind him. Mark then fights back, nailing Takeshita in his head and choking him. Mark then defeats Takechita with a big forearm shot. Marks then picks up Takechita and attacks him with a brainbuster, covering him with a two count. Takeshita then picks up Mark and smacks him with a Blue Thunder Powerbomb, covering him with just two counts.

Mark rises as he grabs him, but Mark counters only to be sent to the floor. Takechita then runs the rope to remove the marks onto the floor. The mark then returns and sends Takeshita towards the floor and onto the guardrail. Both men are outside. Mark then grabs Takeshita and sends him into the ring. Mark then nails Takeshita with his running lariat and only covers Takeshita for two counts. Both men then defeat each other with the lariat.

Takeshita then slaps Brisco, but he returns with Takeshita’s kick. Brisco then goes to the top rope. Takeshita then stands up and nails Briscoe to her chin. Mark then sends The Takeshita with a Sunset Powerbomb. Mark then descends with a frog’s bow, but Takeshita lifts his legs. Mark nails Takeshita, but he kicks him to Mark’s face and comes back. Mark then attacks a giant lariat with Takeshita, covering him for the nearby autumn. Mark then grabs Takeshita, but he fights it. Mark then goes to Jay Driller, but Takeshita refutes that, covering Briscoe only for two counts. Mark hits Takeshita with the elbow on his back as the fans chant “Man Up!” The mark is on the top rope, but Takeshita counters Briscoe with a turnbuckle to send it. Brisco then turns Takeshita into the headbutts and lets him down. MJF comes from behind and pushes Brisco down, and Don Charis crashes into the apron. Takeshita then picks up Brisco and attacks him with a power bomb, covering him for victory.

After the match, MJF hits the ring and nails Brisco. Takechita is upset by MJF as Karis keeps him down. After that, MJF is glued to Brisco when he goes in the ring. Security then hits the ring and separates them as fans chant “Let them fight!” MJF then retracts the microphone and grabs it, calling Brisco the white trash can of s**t. MJF then tells Briscoe to name the match, location and time. Mark says the place is completely out of place and the regulations will make him come back with him. Mark says MJF signed his own death warrant and the show is nearing its end.
