Tonight’s WWE NXT, airing October 14, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The show will feature Josh Briggs facing TNA Wrestling star “The Complete” Matt Cardona in a singles match. Additionally, AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. will take on Lexis King in a singles match.

WWE NXT Results (10/14/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show begins with a video package recapping last week’s episode of WWE NXT. Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcome us and make their way down to the ring as music from WWE NXT Champion Ricky Saints hits.
The Saints grabbed the microphone and started saying they’ll never get tired of it. Next, the Saints say they wanted to say two things were clear at the showdown. And the Saints say they will fight for themselves and everyone else, even when the odds are against them and their backs are against the wall. And the Saints say when the going gets tough, Trick Williams will fold under pressure. Then Saints says that’s the difference between him and Trick. And Saints said the night he won the NXT Championship, the moment he took it, everything became crystal clear. Then the saints say it’s not so clear to you. Then Saints says to the guy who said he built this place and is the face of NXT, you’re not organized. The Saints then say Trick is delusional and stupid. With that in mind, Saints wants Trick to prove him wrong. Additionally, Saints said there were some who held the title and were waiting for someone to become No. 1. After that, Saints says he made his decision. The Saints then tell Trick to prove him wrong. Then the Saints say they’re calling Trick for Halloween havoc.
Trick then says that it’s not his fault that Ricky didn’t make it. Then Trick says you’re saying you’re in charge, but you’re trying to be him. Then Trick says he won’t stand in line. Trick said he was in the spotlight when he came in. Then Trick says, “I can’t stand it.” Trick then said he was doing better and looking better than Ricky. Then Trick said, “You’re so angry, I want to give you a title.” Trick then asks if he wants him to become a three-time champion. Trick then says he will do it on time. Then Trick said let’s talk about it. Then Ricky said that Trick was saying something strange. Ricky says he didn’t expect Trick to confront him. Then Ricky said he was Ricky Saints and we could talk about it.
Jevon Evans and Leon Slater then talk about how unfortunate it was that their match at Bound for Glory was influenced by Dark State. Evans then says he will be the champion. The Hardy family appears and says that the Dark State is attacking them all. Matt then says that Leon is under their protection and that Evans is from North Carolina. Matt then says he’ll get a receipt from Halloween Havoc. Evans and Leon were grateful for that and said they would help.
We then see footage from NXT Anonymous where Jordynne Grace and Kehlani Jordan face off in the background, with Kehlani stating that Grace didn’t make the call. Jordan then talks about becoming champion in TNA. Grace then says that Jordan made it possible for her to become champion.
Matt Cardona then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night, followed by Josh Briggs.
Single match: Josh Briggs vs. TNA Wrestling Star “The Complete” Matt Cardona
The match starts with Cardona hitting a forearm and kicking Josh. Josh then sends Matt into the corner and hits a series of elbows. Matt throws a punch. Josh then hits a kick and an Irish whip, but Matt gets a boot and hits a missile dropkick. Matt then hits a dropkick over the ropes. Matt then hits a kick from the apron. Matt then punches Josh off the turnbuckle, but Josh breaks free and pulls Matt into the mat. Josh then slams a boot into his back. Josh then misses a few clotheslines, but hits a flying crossbody for a near fall. Josh then hits a kick to the back. Josh then hits an Irish whip and an elbow into the corner. Josh throws punches, taunts Matt and goes for a woo-woo boot, but Matt hits a back body drop. Matt then hits a somersault pescado.
Josh then locks in a reverse chin lock. Matt then hits a jawbreaker and a forearm. Josh then hits the mat with his boot and gets a near fall. Josh then grabs Matt by the throat and attempts a chokeslam, but Matt counters with a DDT. Matt then hits a flying clothesline and a faceplant. Matt hits Josh with a forearm in the corner and Josh sets up a woo woo boot and hits it. Matt then hits Unprettier for a near fall. Matt then sets up another running boot, but Josh falls to the floor. Matt then hits a baseball slider. Josh then hits an elbow, hip toss backbreaker, and chokeslam. Josh then nearly falls. Josh then tries to use the chain, but the referee takes it away and Matt hits Radio Silence for a near fall. Josh then hits a powerbomb. Josh goes for a splash but gets hit with a knee kick. Matt then hits an elbow and goes for a tornado DDT, but Josh shoves him and hits a running knee for the win.

Hank Walker and Tank Ledger are then seen in the background discussing who should challenge the winners of the tag title match at Halloween Havoc, and they are with Chase U. Lyra Valkyrie says she was looking for Tatum Paxley, and Tatum shows up with Izzy Dame, Shawn Spears, and Nico Vance. Izzy says that Hank and Tank had a chance, but Chase U doesn’t have that chance. And she said the only team that was ready was Nico and Sean. Tank then says it’s time for a triple threat match. Izzy then says that she will win the battle royale and become the number one candidate. Lyla asks what about Tatum, and Izzy says Tatum will be by her side.
Fallon Henry and Jaycee Jayne talk about how they formed Fatal Influence to take over the division. And they said they run this department. Then they say they had problems, but they never got in the way. Then they said the biggest problem was what they had brought with them. Then they said it was time to get rid of her. And they say the person who removed her was someone who showed loyalty to the group. Then Laney Reed said they were giants in the division and she saw them rise to the top. Reed then says that since he wasn’t as good as Jaycee, he had to follow in her footsteps to become like her. Reed then says that their path is to win at all costs. Jaycee then welcomes Laney to the group.
El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Lexis King.
Single match: AAA Latin American Champion Dr. Wagner Jr.’s Son vs. Lexis King
The match begins with King tightening a wristlock and scoring a takedown. Wagner then hits an arm drag and gets a takedown. Wagner then hits La Magistral for a near fall. Wagner then tightens the wristlock. King then hits a kick and escapes. King then leapfrogs and Wagner flips over. King then walks on Wagner’s back. Wagner then hits a shoulder tackle and walks on King’s back. King then puts his hand out and Wagner blocks the kick, but King throws a punch. Wagner then avoids being sent into the turnbuckle and Wagner sends King into the turnbuckle and chops him. Wagner then hits some shoulders and chops. King then goes to the ropes, retrieves his mask and kicks Wagner. And King hits a chop.
King then tightens the wristlock and hits a chop. King then goes to the ropes, goes old school, and slaps Wagner. Wagner became frustrated and King hit Wagner from behind and gave him a chop. Wagner then hits a headscissors takedown and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. King then goes to the floor and Wagner goes for a moonsault into the turnbuckles.
Wagner then hits a back elbow. King then backdrops Wagner over the top rope to the floor. King then sends Wagner’s knee into the ring steps. King then hit an atomic knee drop to the apron. King then hits a kick to the back of the head. King then hits a boot to the leg. King then sends Wagner into the turnbuckle, hooks his leg over the ropes and hits a kneedrop to that leg. King then hits a running knee to the back for a near fall. King then hits an atomic drop to the knee and a dragon screw.
King then finishes with the Indian Death Lock. Wagner then hits some punches and a clothesline. Wagner then hits a chop to the back of the neck, followed by an Irish whip and a springboard knee. Wagner then hits a sitout powerbomb for a near fall. King then hits a superkick and chop, followed by a clothesline and dragon screw. King then goes up top but misses a Swanton when Wagner moves. Furthermore, Wagner won with Shining Wizard and Michinoku Driver.

After the match, Wagner wants Ethan Page to get in the ring. Page then comes out and says that being the greatest North American of all time is really exhausting. Paige then says that everyone seems to be after him and that he is the Canadian Champion. And Page says there are wrestlers from AAA, TNA, RAW and Smackdown who are paying attention to him. Paige then says she doesn’t need to corner him anymore. And Page says that at Halloween Havoc, you’ll be taking on the greatest North American of all time at the time. Wagner then mentions Dia de los Muertos, but Page says he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Paige then says she will defeat him at Halloween Havoc. Wagner then says he wants to face Page in a Day of the Dead match. Then Wagner says anything is possible.
We then head to the back where ZARIA talks about the new lipstick and asks Sol Luka why he’s gearing up if it’s not a tag team match. Sol then says there will be a battle royale and he can face Jaycee for the title. ZARIA then wonders how many titles he needs and if he is going to achieve it himself.
Santino Marella and Eva appear next along with Leon Slater and Jevon Evans. Leon asks if they can play against other teams at Halloween Havoc. Channing Lorenzo said they looked very comfortable. And he says that without Dark State, Leon could not have become champion. Santino says his future son-in-law has a title match coming up. There is then a commotion in the back and Trick is seen standing over Ricky Saints.
Blake Monroe then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Zarya.
Single match: “The Glamor” Blake Monroe vs. ZARIA
The match begins with Blake looking for Sol Luka to provoke ZARIA. Zarya then grabs Blake by the hair and throws her to the mat where she poses. Blake then gets a waistlock and Zarya dumps him to the mat. Blake then escapes a slam attempt and ZARIA picks Blake up off the mat. Blake then hits a clip on ZARIA followed by a dropkick. Blake hits an elbow in the corner and wraps his leg around the ropes. Blake then hits a dropkick to the knee. ZARIA then blocks the Irish Whip several times. ZARIA then hits a splash in the corner and goes to the turnbuckle, but Blake hits a palm thrust. Blake then goes for a handstand karana, but ZARIA blocks it. Zarya then locks in a sleeper and drags Blake off the mat. Blake then goes to the floor followed by ZARIA.
Blake and Zarya then exchange punches. They then get on the apron and exchange forearms. ZARIA then goes for a superplex, but Blake blocks it and slams ZARIA’s head into the turnbuckle. Blake then closes it out with a sleeper. Blake then gets on ZARIA’s back and forces her to her knees. ZARIA then gets to his feet and backs Blake into the corner to escape the hold. Blake then floats up and Blake kicks Zarya’s head into the turnbuckle, giving her a near fall. Blake then closes it out with a sleeper.
ZARIA then gets up and runs back to the mat. ZARIA then punches Blake and Blake fights back. ZARIA then hits a clothesline and a bicycle kick. More kicks from Blake, Zarya misses a clothesline but hits a spear. ZARIA then hits Blake, but Blake grabs the ropes and goes to the apron. Blake then tightens the sleeper on the ropes and ZARIA headbutts him. Blake then falls to the floor and Zarya falls to the mat. Blake then looks under the ring, gets a chair and brings it into the ring. Sol Luka then enters the ring and sits on a chair. The referee then exchanges words with Blake. ZARIA then hoists Blake onto his shoulders and Blake hits ZARIA in the throat with an object and hits a DDT for the win.

Ava then announced a men’s speed tournament starting next week, where Axiom will take on Sean Legacy and Zachary Wentz will take on Jasper Troy. The winner of the tournament will face El Grande Americano.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger then go down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Chase U and The Culling.
Triple threat tag match: Hank & Tank (Hank Walker, Tank Ledger) vs. Chase U (Uriah Connors, Cale Dixon) vs. The Culling (Nico Vance, Shawn Spears)
The match starts with Niko, Uriah, and Tank, with Uriah hitting Niko with a rollup. Tank then gets a rollup and near fall. Uriah then hits a rollup and goes for a nearfall. An inner cradle is attached to the tank. Then you get some superkicks. Tank then hits Uriah with a knee, and Spears tags in and hits a code breaker. Hank then tags in and hits a black hole slam on Spears. Tank then hits Niko with a shoulder tackle off the turnbuckle. Hank and Tank then go to the floor and hit the Malachi Crunch on Niko and Spears. Uriah and Cale then hit Hank and Tank with a suicide dive. Nico then punches Hank.
Nico then hits a slam for a near fall. Nico then punches and kicks Kale. Nico punches Hank. Nico punches Cale in the corner. Kale then punches Nico, but Nico hits him in the shoulder. Nico then puts Cale on the turnbuckle and Cale punches Nico. Nico hits a headbutt and goes for a superplex. Cale then kicks Spears and Niko goes back into the turnbuckle. Tank makes the tag and Niko goes for a superplex. Hank and Tank then slam Niko onto the top rope. He then punches Spears and hits a neckbreaker on Spears. Kale and Uriah then hit a frog splash.
Triple threat tag match ends in no contest!
After the game, Lucien Price and Bronco Niema jump out and chase all three teams. After that they continue to attack.
Zaria is then seen coming out of the trainer’s room, and Sol says it’s all her fault. And she thanks ZARIA for working hard for her. Sol says he will win the tag titles. She then says that she will give ZARIA the right to compete in the battle royale. Sol then says that Blake was right about being a little greedy. And she said it was time for ZARIA to get the money.
He then meets Ricky Saints and says he is looking for Trick Williams. Eva then says that Trick is gone and Ricky says that he has become useful. Ricky then says he will stand up to Abu’s self-righteous son. Eva then says that Trick will be here next week to sign a contract for a match at Halloween Havoc. Ricky then says he will do it for Eva. She went on to say that there will be a match between Trick Williams and Ricky Saints at Halloween Havoc, that the contract signing will be next week, that El Hijo de Dr. Wagner will face Ethan Page in a North American title match at Day of the Dead, that the Hardys will face Dark State for the tag titles, and that Jaycee Jayne will defend the titles against the winners of the battle royal.
We then see the Hardys in the back and Dark State standing over them. Sugars then says that no one is safe until they get the title back.
It was then announced that next week Leon Slater will defend the X Division title against Channing Lorenzo, OTM will face Hank and Tank in a WWE Speed Tournament match.

The match starts with everyone paired off, with Rush going after Tatum. Crawford then stands in the corner and Rush goes for Tatum, but Tatum goes back to the apron. Tatum then hits a forearm on Crawford and Rush sends Crawford over the top rope, but Crawford grabs Rush’s leg and Tatum returns to the ring. Carmen is then eliminated by Cassie and Jesse, and they pose. Cia and Rey then go after Jada. Tatum is on the apron again but returns to the ring. Shia then kicks Jada. Crawford is on the apron and Grace is on the apron as well. They then return to each other and strike a ninja pose. They then shake hands, Grace knocks them off the apron, and Grace chastises Crawford.
Then Grace hits a corner kick and a shoulder. Rey then hits a chop to the head and she kicks Cali, but Cali hits a punch and eliminates Lea. Shia then chases after Kari. Cassie and Jesse then send Wren to the apron and Wren avoids them but slips when trying to swing over the ring post to be eliminated. Cassie and Jesse then attack Kendall Gray. Gray then hits an elbow but she avoids Jesse’s spinning heel kick. Kendall then stands her on the apron and Jesse holds it. Cassie then slips back in. Zarya is on the apron but she endures. Cassie is then eliminated by Gray. ZARIA then slams Shard into the apron with a press, and Shard hits a forearm. Rush then nearly eliminates Shard, but she endures and Rush lets go of one hand and embraces her. ZARIA then dropkicks Rush into Shard to eliminate her.
Shea then grabbed onto the ropes as Kali tried to eliminate her. Gia is then eliminated, and Sol heads to ringside to watch. Rush then sends Jada to the apron and Jada hits a shoulder hit. Rush then kicks Jada to eliminate her. Jada then hits a knee on Shia and lands some punches. Rush sees what happened and everyone pushes her high and slams her into security. Thea then hits a crossbody on Izzy and Zarya. Thea then hits some forearms and explosives. Thea then warriors the ropes and nearly eliminates Jesse. Thea then puts Kali in a kimura, Kali drives Thea into the ropes, and Izzy hits a forearm to send them both out of the ring. We then see that Heather By Elegance was eliminated by Thea during the break.
Then Blake Monroe comes out and attacks Sol. ZARIA gets on the turnbuckle and goes to the floor to protect Sol and eliminates himself. Jordan was then sent to the apron by Laura, who hit a choke. Jesse. Then eliminate Laura. Laura then sends Gray to the apron. Gray then slides in and sends Jesse over the top rope to the floor, eliminating Jesse. Tatum then sends Kendall into the turnbuckle. Grace is then sent to the apron. Jordan tries to use the slingshot’s Code Red to eliminate Grace, but Grace resists. Jordan then walks out on the hand and Grace watches her go back to the apron, but Grace kicks Jordan as she goes back to the apron to eliminate Jordan.
The final four are Tatum Paxley, Izzie Dame, Kendall Gray, and Jordyn Grace. Izzy and Tatum then collided with shoulders in the corner. Grace and Gray are then sent to the apron. Grace then hits a forearm on Izzy and Gray hits a kick on Tatum. Grace then hits a reverse suplex on Gray and a Finlay Slam on Izzy. Grace then sends Tatum to the apron and Izzy hits a forearm. Izzy then hits a chokeslam on Grace and a boot on Gray.
Izzy then puts Gray on the turnbuckle and Izzy hits some forearms. Izzi goes for a Uranage, but Gray hits a DDT. Gray then hits a chop and a German suplex on Grace. Gray then hits an overhead belly-to-belly throw on Tatum. Izzy then makes the save to keep Tatum in the match. Grace then sends Gray into the ropes and Tatum hits a forearm on Grace. Izzy then hits a code breaker on Gray. Izzy then eliminates Gray. Tatum then binds Grace in the ropes and Tatum goes for a clothesline. Izzy then eliminates herself over the top rope. Grace then falls to the floor and is eliminated.

After the game, Jaycee Jayne comes out with Fallon Henry and Laney Reed and looks down. Lyla then walks past Fatal Influence to celebrate with Tatum. Then, as the show draws to a close, Izzy Dame doesn’t seem happy.
