WWE NXT Results (10/21/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show begins with a series of video packages from this Saturday’s matches at NXT Halloween Havoc. Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcome us to the show, and The Culling hits play as Tatum Paxley, Izzy Dame, Shawn Spears, and Nico Vance descend into the ring.
Izzy then hugs Tatum before he can speak. Tatum then says he messed up. Tatum then jumps into the ring. Tatum then said she outranked 19 other female competitors and finally secured a one-on-one match for the NXT Women’s Championship. Then Tatum says it’s been four years. Tatum then says you’ve seen her at her lowest point for four years. Tatum then says you saw her lose a friend. Then Tatum says you’ve seen her alone before. And Tatum says her consistent friendship keeps her going. Tatum said you guys were by her side and she was on her way to her first PLE. Tatum says Halloween Havoc, the scariest night of the year, is a perfect fit. Tatum then says everything is fine. Tatum then says he has The Culling and his best friend Izzy. Tatum tells Izzy that you looked out for me when other women were taking advantage of her. Then Tatum said, “I promised you that you would be by my side.” Tatum promises to bring the group money now that they have her back.
Then the Fatal Influence music hits and they go down to the ring. Jaycee asks Izzie if she’s going to tell Tatum or herself. Then Jaycee says he’s going to be the bad guy. Jaycee then says there’s no chance in hell on Saturday. Then Jaycee says it’s spooky season. Jaycee then says you have the support of your best friends and the WWE Universe. Then Jaycee says they’re all thinking the same thing. Then Jaycee says you don’t stand a chance. Jaycee then says that she may have been the best champion to beat, but when it really mattered, she drove it into everyone’s minds that they couldn’t beat her. Jaycee then asks Tatum what makes him different. Jaycee then asks if that’s supporting the losers. Then Jaycee says you’re not special. Then Jaycee says you’re barely average. Jaycee then says that to be honest, they should have let Izzy win the battle royal because she could be the number one contender.
Tatum then says he knows what Jaycee is up to. Then Tatum says you’re trying to get between her and Izzie. Tatum then says you know better than anyone where she is. Tatum then says you’ve won the gold medal by joining one of the most powerful factions. Then Tatum says you were expected to do it again. Tatum then said you should run this creepy freak, but she said she got better. Tatum then says he wasn’t in the spotlight. Tatum then says he did it in an empty ring day in and day out. Tatum then says Saturday is his time to become champion. Fallon then says this only makes the loss even sweeter. She then said that she hopes Izzy and the Cullings don’t leave you when they disappoint you. Then Izzy says you kicked your friend out three weeks ago. And she says they are family and will accept Tatum for who he is. Then Jaycee said that she used to respect Izzy very much and think very highly of her. And she said she is a strong, independent woman. Jaycee. Then say that Izzy thinks she’s the leader of the group, but now you’re the babysitter, not the leader.
Izzy then says that she is in control of the group. Tatum then says he knows he has support from his friends. She then asks if you could say the same thing about Jaycee. And she and Izzy said they wanted to show it tonight. Fallon then said that Laney was ready to show she was ready. Fallon and Laney then chase Izzy and Tatum, but Tatum and Izzy fight them off. Izzy and Tatum then attack Jaycee and Fallon, and Laney makes the save.
We then head to the back where Channing “Stax” Lorenzo is with Ariana Grace and he brings up what Santino Marella said about his future son-in-law. Then Grace said she dropped some hints. Lorenzo then invites her to ringside. Jevon and Leon are then seen listening to them. Slater then says that he is looking for an opponent to face at Halloween Havoc. Evans then says that Leon needs to focus on tonight. Evans says that will allow him to focus on Saturday after the match with Lorenzo.
Channing “Stax” Lorenzo and Ariana Grace then descend into the ring for the first match of the night, followed by Leon Slater and Jevon Evans.
TNA X Division Championship Match: “Youngest Chief” Leon Slater (c) vs. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo
The match starts with both men locking up and Leon locks him up with a waistlock. Channing then approaches the ropes for a beak and punches Leon. Channing then tightens the wristlock. Leon then lands a wristlock takedown, and Leon lands another wristlock takedown. Leon then hits a monkey flip. Leon then takes another shot, but Channing escapes. Channing then blocks a sunset flip and punches Leon. Channing then chokes Leon in the corner. Channing then delivers a powerful Irish whip. Channing then hits a few European uppercuts. Channing then delivers another hard Irish whip. Channing then runs into the boot and Leon hits a headscissors takedown. Channing then blocks a kick and avoids an enzuigiri. Leon then hits a roundhouse kick and a handspring back elbow. Leon then hits a slingshot pescado.
Channing misses a chop and hits the ring post. Leon then hits a chop on Channing. Leon then chops Channing into the announce desk multiple times. Leon then brings Channing back into the ring and Leon kicks Channing in the head. Channing then hits a forearm and sends Leon into the turnbuckle. Leon then blocks an attempt to be sent into the turnbuckles and Leon sends Channing into the turnbuckles several times. Leon then nearly falls. Channing then hits an Irish whip, but Leon fights back with a back elbow and a dropkick. Leon then hits a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.
Leon goes for a running superkick, but Channing falls to the floor and hides behind Grace under the ring. Evans then tells Leon to look for Channing under the ring, but Channing goes for a suicide dive and Leon hits a kick. Channing then hits the ropes and Leon goes for a springboard move, Leon hits the ropes and the apron. Channing then hits a boot to the midsection. Channing then stretches and tightens his abdomen. Leon then hits a knee and a rana for a near fall. Channing then hits Leon with a series of back elbows, dropping him onto the top rope and hitting him with a cement shoe for a near fall. Channing then throws a series of punches to the ribs. Channing then landed a belly-to-back punch to the face for a near fall.
Channing then tries to get Leon to his feet, but Leon stands up. Channing then hits an elbow and a double knee gut buster from his shoulders for a near fall. Channing then goes for a belly to back suplex, but Leon counters with a sunset flip. Leon then hits Utopia and both men go down. Grace then gets on the apron and Channing shoves Leon. Leon then goes for a handspring move, but Leon knocks Grace off the apron and Evans catches her. Channing then goes to the floor and sends Leon to the announce desk. Leon then kicks him, then goes up top and hits a crossbody. Leon then hits a jumping sidekick and slams his running boot into the ropes. Leon then sends Channing over the top rope to the floor. Leon then goes to the opposite corner and hits a flip dive on Channing over the ring post. Leon then moved to the top and hit the Swanton 450 for the win.

After the match, Evans and Slater are in the ring with microphones in their hands. Evans then says he needs to get down to business. He then mentions the Halloween pandemonium, and Leon says he saw the magic that people created for each other across the ring. Then he says, what if they were on the same side? Then Evans says it’s fire. Evans suggests that if they’re going to do a tag team match, they should make it into a movie. And he said he doesn’t care if it’s from NXT, TNA or whoever. Mr. Iguana then leaves with La Parka. Iguana then talks to Eva and says she had the same idea. Then he said we should meet on Saturday. Iguana then says that AAA has taken over Mexico, Las Vegas, and San Diego. And they say they will take over Prescott Valley on Saturday.
Next, we get some comments from Zachary Wentz and Jasper Troy about the upcoming WWE Speedmen’s Championship #1 Contender tournament match.
Zachary Wentz then made his way down to the ring for his next match of the night, followed by Jasper Troy, and Los Americanos could be seen in the crowd.
WWE Speedmen’s Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Match: WWE LFG Season 1 Winner Jasper Troy vs. TNA Wrestling Star Zachary Wentz
The match started with Wentz evading Troy and performing a waistlock. Troy then applies a wristlock and Wentz goes for a takedown, but Troy blocks it. Wentz then hits a superkick and goes for a headscissors, but Troy stands up. Wentz then continues with a series of kicks and a double stomp to the back. Wentz then hits a crossbody that sends himself and Troy over the top rope. And then to the floor. Troy then catches Wentz with a suicide dive. Wentz then hits a kick from the apron. Wentz then hits a twisting pescado on Troy. Wentz then goes up top, but hits a swanton for a near fall. Troy then sent Wentz to the mat with a springboard move, and Troy hit a body block and black hole slam for the win.

Then to the back, TNA Knockouts World Champion Kehlani Jordan is not allowed in the locker room and Laura Bice says she is not welcome. Then Jordyn Grace says they’ll do the same. Kehlani then says she doesn’t need Jordyn’s help. Jada then sends the rest of Jordan’s stuff down the hallway. Jordan said he was jealous of her because Grace is a champion and Jordyn is not.
Dark State then cut a promo stating that the Hardys had earned an extreme beatdown. And they say you were thinking of leaving them. And they say no one will pass by them. And they say the worst thing you could have done is singled them out. And they say the fun is over. And they say they are here now. And they say it would be easier if they got the tag titles back. The Hardys then hack the feed. And Matt said that was a strong word. He then says that if he catches you off guard, you’re more naive than you think. Then Jeff said they went through everything. And he said they knew you wouldn’t leave after you won the title. Then he said he knew you were coming. He then said that when he wakes up, hurt and weak, he expects them to be where he wants them to be. Matt says that’s how they thrive. And he says that they emerged from the lake of rejuvenation. Matt then says that State of Dark defeated Broken Hardys. Jeff then says that the next match will be a broken rules match with no rules. And he said that everything is possible and everything will be fine. And he says you will disappear and classify yourself as obsolete. Matt then said they would be removed.
Next, let’s take a look at what happened to Sol Luka on WWE SmackDown. We then see Sol in the back on crutches with ZARIA. ZARIA then asks Sol if he really wants to do this.
NXT General Manager Eva enters the ring with Sol Luka and ZARIA. According to Eva, Sol asked her to make time to talk about the WWE Universe. Then Sol says that he isn’t walking like usual. Sol then says that he was injured on Friday night. Sol then says that he didn’t come here to put the blame on anyone. Sol then says they need to move on. Sol then faces Blake Monroe at Halloween Havoc, saying he is not qualified to defend his title. Sol says he doesn’t know when permission will be granted, but that it won’t be ready by Saturday.
Eva then asks about Speed’s title. Then Sol says he didn’t want to keep two divisions. Sol then said he won the title in a ladder match and was interrupted by Blake Monroe. Blake says she feels very sorry for Sol. Then Blake says something very disappointing. Blake then says she doesn’t have to worry about the future of the championship because she’s here. Blake then says that he is the best candidate since they were scheduled to have a match at Halloween Havoc. Blake then says that since Sol can’t defend her title, she should be the champion. Blake then said that he came to NXT to make NXT attractive, and that he was going to make the title attractive.
Zarya then says that Blake is not worthy of giving Sol the title he worked so hard to earn. ZARIA then says that NXT does not give out handouts. Blake then says that Zarya is fighting all the battles in Sol. Then Blake says that maybe he can do it himself for once. Blake then asks who is better than him. Sol then says that Blake is right. ZARIA then says that she doesn’t know how long she will be able to go out. Then ZARIA says that Sol is there. Then Blake says they’re best friends, I get that. Zarya then tells Blake to shut up. Zarya then says she can defend the title against Blake at Halloween Havoc. ZARIA then says that she can do it for Sol’s honor. ZARIA then asks Ava if that’s okay.
Blake then says this is the closest he’ll get to the title. Eva then said that Zaria asked her. Then she said, “It’s a little unconventional and I like the idea, but it’s Sol’s choice.” Sol thinks back and says that he has fought hard for this title, but there is no one in this world he can trust as much as ZARIA. Sol then replies, “Yes.” Eva then says that Blake will face Zarya for the North American title. Blake then yells at Eva. ZARIA then picks up Blake and hits her with an F5. Zarya then stands over Blake with the belt.
Next, let’s take a look at Axiom and Sean Legacy.
We then see footage of Tavion Heights NXT Anonymous and Miles Bourne talking about how frustrated they have been since leaving NQCC. Josh Briggs shows up and says he ruined his return to NXT by defeating Matt Cardona last week. And he says he thought Miles would have been smarter. He then asks Tavion if he would be willing to wait four years before going for the gold medal. And he said there’s only room for one person at the top and that’s him.
Axiom and Sean Legacy then go down to the ring for the next match of the night, with Los Americanos in the crowd.

The match starts with a nearfall by Shawn. Axiom then blocks a suplex and Shawn hits a knee and a sliced bread for a near fall. Shawn then gets Axiom to his feet, but Axiom stands up and applies a waistlock. Axiom then hits a half-and-half suplex and shooting star press for a near fall. Shawn then hits a reverse DDT and a side slam for a near fall. Shawn then misses the Springboard 450 and Axiom goes for the crossface, but Shawn escapes. Axiom then hits a triangle kick. Axiom then hits a Spanish Fly and they both go down. Shawn and Axiom then exchange punches. Shawn then hits a superkick for a near fall. Axiom then hits a jumping knee. Shawn then hits a kick. Shawn then goes up top and Axiom hits a kick. Axiom then hit a Spanish Fly off the turnbuckle for the win.

Then we got a video package featuring Ethan Page and El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. Ethan says this is the match you want. Ethan then says that his research is over, but he will go to hell. Then he said you’ve done it in many companies and countries and fought for masks. And he says we’re fighting for something bigger: our title. And he said you have family traditions to uphold. Ethan then says that Wagner’s father couldn’t touch him in his prime, and neither can you. Ethan then says that you will be left for dead in the desert.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger then go down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by OTM.
Tag match: OTM (Lucien Price, Bronco Neema) vs. Hank & Tank (Hank Waller, Tank Ledger)
The match begins with Hank and Tank chasing Price and Nima on the floor. Hank and Tank then performed a suicide dive. Tank then sends Price back into the ring. Price then misses a splash and Hank makes the tag. They then hit a splash and Hank hit a bulldog for a near fall. Price then sends Hank into the ropes and chokes him with the ropes. Nima then punches Hank and Price slams him down. Nima then tags in and kicks Hank, giving Nima a near fall. Nima then throws a punch. Nima then sends Hank into the turnbuckle and he chokes him. Nima hits another kick and Price tags in and hits a splash. Nima then hits a running curve stomp and they stand on Hank. Price then sends Hank into the turnbuckle and he hits a running clothesline.
Nima then teams up and punches Hank. Price then missed a splash and Nima missed a clothesline. Tank then tags in and punches and clotheslines Price and Nima. Tank then hits an atomic drop and a shoulder tackle from the turnbuckle for a near fall. Price then hits a chokeslam on Hank. Tank then hit Price with a knee and Price fell to the floor. Nima then hit a Tilt-A-Whirl Slam and they hit a Gordbuster/Alabama Slam combination for the win.

After the match, Tank is knocked to the floor and collides with Hank. Nima then hit Hank on the ring steps and they adjusted the announce desk for a double Razor’s Edge.
Wren is then seen on the phone with Charlie Dempsey, and Rush Legend appears in the room. Wren then talks about how Charlie hasn’t changed and that she wants something to make Charlie come back. Kendall Gray then appears and tells Rush that she won’t let him push Wren or anyone else away. Rush then says that Kendall should let Wren fight his own battles. Rush tells Kendall that she should see it.
Vic Joseph then runs through Saturday’s NXT Halloween Havoc card.
Fatal Influence then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of the night, followed by The Culling.
Tag match: The Culling (Izzy Dame & Tatum Paxley) vs. Fatal Influence (WWE NXT Women’s Champion Jaycee Jayne & Lainey Reed)
The match starts with Reed and Tatum, with Reed hitting a series of forearms and chops. Tatum then hits a series of Irish whips and chops. Tatum hits another Irish whip and slams Reed’s knee into the corner. Tatum then hits a facebuster and Jaycee tags in. Jaycee says some words to Tatum and she hits a forearm on Izzy. Tatum hits a forearm and Jaycee fights back. Jaycee then hits a headscissors takedown, but misses an elbow in the corner. Tatum then hits a butterfly suplex and crossbody into the corner, but Izzy holds. Izzy then tags in and hits a clothesline for a near fall. Izzy then gets a nearfall with a cover. Izzy then hits a European uppercut and a forearm to the back.
Izzy then targets Slam and Jaycee escapes. Jaycee then gets a takedown and covers for a near fall. Jaycee then hits a back elbow and locks in a front facelock. Reed then tags in and she kicks Izzy. Izzi then hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and hits a shoulder into the corner. Tatum then tags in and Izzy hits a slam. Tatum then hits a jumping elbow drop. Jaycee then blocks a suplex and Jaycee punches Izzy. Tatum then hits Jaycee and Reed with some forearms. Izzy then helps Tatum. Fallon saves Jaycee and blocks a dropkick over the ropes. Reed then hits a backbreaker against the ropes.
Reed then kicks Tatum into the corner and Jaycee tags in and kicks Tatum. Jaycee then chokes Tatum in the corner. Reed then tags in and slams Tatum with a snapmare and follows up with a forearm and a kick. Reed then hits an Irish whip and a forearm. Jaycee then tags in and hits Tatum with a snapmare and follows up with a kick. Jaycee then hits Tatum with a series of elbows and locks him in a reverse chin lock.
Tatum then backs Jaycee into the corner and escapes. Jaycee then runs into a boot. Tatum hits a forearm and Jaycee fights back. Tatum then kicks and Jaycee hits a facebuster and short arm clothesline for a near fall. Jaycee then hits an Irish whip and an elbow into the corner. Reed also tags in and hits a running hip attack into the corner. Jaycee then hits a cannonball. Reed then slams Izzy onto the apron and hits a butterfly shoulder breaker for a nearfall. Reed then throws a punch. Reed then hits an elbow to the back of the neck. Tatum then runs away from Reed, but Reed stops the tag. Tatum then hits a forearm and both women go down. Jaycee and Izzy then make a tag and Izzy hits a forearm and an elbow.
Izzy then hits a boot to Reed and she sends Reed into Jaycee and hits a splash on both women. Izzy then hits a double Codebreaker off the turnbuckle. Izzy then chokeslams Jaycee for a near fall. Izzi goes for a spinebuster, but Jaycee counters with a DDT. Tatum then makes a tag and jumps over Jaycee, but he rolls through. Then Jaycee hits a superkick. Tatum then hits a spinning pump handle bomb for a near fall. Izzy then blocks a thrust kick, but Reed hits Izzy with one. Izzy then hits a clothesline on Reed. Tatum and Jaycee then trade forearms. Tatum then gets a rollup for a near fall. Tatum then hits an enzuigiri. Fallon then gets on the ropes and Izzy hits a forearm. Reed then trips Izzy. Izzy then hits a forearm on Reed. Jaycee then hits a rolling encore for the win.

After the match, Fallon and Reed attack Izzy and send him into the ring steps. They then return to the ring and surround Tatum in the ring. Jaycee then asks Tatum to come get her and Jaycee gives her some words, but Tatum kicks Jaycee away, hits a dropkick on Reed and a forearm on Fallon. Tatum then hits the Psycho Driver to take the title belt. Tatum then poses on the ropes with the title belt.
Ricky Saints and Trick Williams are then seen walking behind him.
NXT General Manager Eva is in the ring with a table and chairs, and there’s security on the apron. According to Eva, this will be the first time the two have faced each other for the NXT title. Eva then said things got out of hand last week and she told him to keep her under control until she signed a contract. Eva then takes out Trick Williams first, then Ricky Saints comes down to the ring.
Trick said to do things on your own time. Trick then says he’s not going to run just because someone yells his name. And Trick says he’s waiting for his moment and the spotlight. Trick then says that’s why he’s the main event. And Trick says even if you’re the champion, he’s still the guy and the main event. And Trick says he left him hanging at Showdown to prove a point. And Trick says there’s only one person, and only one, who can pick up NXT and put it on his shoulders, and that’s him. Trick then says it’s not because he loves NXT or TNA. Trick then says he doesn’t owe them anything. And Trick says he’s true to himself. And Trick said he himself loves Trick Williams. Trick then says he will do what is best for him and become a three-time NXT Champion. Then Trick said let’s talk about it.
Then Ricky said he was an emotional guy and he wore it on. Ricky then says he knows who he is and has never changed. Then Ricky said, how could he say that about you? Ricky then talks about how titles can be complacent or ambitious. Then Ricky will tell you what happened. Ricky then says you brought one of the most exciting eras to NXT, but you lost the plot. Ricky then says that he thought he was greater than anyone else or his title. Then Ricky says you’ve been ready to leave for a long time. Trick then tells him to look at everything he has made. And Trick said, you’ve been trying to be an indie for decades. Trick then says look at him. Trick then says that he looks like an indie. Then Trick said, “No.”
Trick then tells Ricky that he can’t see the champion. Trick then says that you are a cosplayer trying to be his stuntman. Trick then says that no one can replace him. Trick then says you can take his place. Trick then says that since you’re standing in his way, he’s going to do everything he can to win the title. Ricky then says he can’t talk about the grind in the indies because it would have been folded up like the shirt you’re wearing. Ricky then says he can never replace Trick Williams. Then Ricky says he’s the original. Ricky then says he’s smoother and more stylish than Trick. Then Ricky said you were locked out on Saturday because you were Ricky Saints. The two then stand up and are stopped by security, but Trick punches Ricky. Ricky then stands up Trick and hits F5 through the table. Ricky then towers over Trick holding up the WWE NXT Championship and the show comes to an end.
