WWE’s Biggest Names Hint at AEW Faction’s Epic Comeback: “We’re Recruiting”

Jade Cargill has hinted at bringing her "Baddies" group to WWE as she continues her dominant run as the new WWE Women’s Champion on SmackDown. Since claiming the title from Tiffany Stratton at October’s Saturday Night Main Event, the former AEW TBS Champion has been aggressively recruiting new members to her faction.

Following her heel turn, Cargill has been causing chaos, attacking Stratton and demanding a title rematch. Last week on SmackDown, she decisively defeated B-Fab but showed no signs of easing up on her disdain for Mi Chin. At 33, she remains a formidable threat in the women’s division and appears to be assembling a fresh group of villains. She revealed her intention, saying, "I’m looking for some badass women for the villain department. I’m tired of seeing all you slobs. You’re not doing anything for me. I’m sure the men will agree."

Cargill previously led AEW’s "The Baddies" faction, which included Keira Hogan, Red Velvet, and Layla Gray, during her successful TBS Championship reign. Storm, who debuted in WWE earlier this year, has since partnered with other women’s division stars, including Bianca Belair with whom she won the Women’s Tag Team Championship. However, Belair is currently sidelined with a hand injury, which makes her teaming with Storm again unlikely for now.

Cargill’s comments have sparked speculation among fans about who might join her WWE faction. Some suggested she should have recruited B-Fab and Michin before turning on Stratton. Others recommended rising NXT stars like Laura Bice and Kehlani Jordan, while a few boldly proposed former WWE personalities Jazmine Nicks and Mandy Rose. Fans also wondered if she might revive her old AEW group, "The Villains," to relive that dominant era.

While Cargill remains a powerhouse who doesn’t necessarily need allies to shine, forming a faction could provide valuable exposure and opportunities for WWE’s emerging talents, such as the recently heel-turned former TNA Knockouts Champion Kehlani Jordan.

Fan Take: This development is exciting for WWE fans because it signals the potential formation of a new powerhouse faction led by Jade Cargill, which could shake up the women’s division. It could also open doors for fresh talent to rise in the ranks, adding new dynamics and storylines to WWE programming.
