The women’s team WarGames match in WWE has concluded, with the final lineup revealed during the November 21st episode of WWE SmackDown. The match lived up to its chaotic reputation, delivering intense action as fans expected.

During the show, Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair decided to bury their differences, with Flair joining Ripley’s team. However, Flair was not the last member. The team included Alexa Bliss and IYO SKY, and the surprise fifth member introduced was AJ Lee. Upon Lee’s entrance, Becky Lynch, his current rival, immediately attacked him. Other team members were also targeted by the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), Nia Jax, and Rush Legends, who were seeking their fifth member. Lynch confirmed her participation by shaking hands with Asuka.

Lynch’s involvement is no shock, considering the events of WWE Raw on November 17. Lee had been away since Wrestlepalooza but returned to play a pivotal role by helping Maxine Dupri defeat Lynch, thus winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Lynch is now out for revenge.

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque expressed excitement on X, highlighting the debut of a veteran and breakout star in the first WarGames, featuring multiple-time world champions on both teams. He emphasized the readiness for war in this star-studded match.

As for the men’s WarGames, the teams are: CM Punk, undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Jey and Jimmy Uso, and Roman Reigns versus Bron Breaker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar.

Other ongoing storylines include Dominik Mysterio challenging John Cena for the WWE Intercontinental Championship in what will be Cena’s final Survivor Series match on December 13th. Nikki Bella, following a heel turn, earned a shot at the Women’s World Championship against former friend Stefanie Vaquel. Survivor Series: WarGames is scheduled for November 29th at Petco Park in San Diego, California.
