Currently, Gran Guerrero holds the CMLL World Heavyweight Championship, having reigned for 1,114 days since winning the title from Hexero in November 2022. Guerrero has defended the title only seven times, including a recent successful defense against AEW’s Beast Moltos on November 23rd.
