WWE has officially announced the rules for tonight’s War Games matches set for Survivor Series 2025 in San Diego. Continuing the tradition started in 2022, this year’s event will feature two War Games contests — one for the men and one for the women.
In the men’s match, teams include CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and The Usos facing off against Brock Lesnar, Bron Breaker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, and Logan Paul. The women’s match will see AJ Lee, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, Alexa Bliss, and Charlotte Flair battling Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Rush Legend, and Nia Jax.
WWE has shared the official War Games rules on social media before the event: two teams start in separate cages with one member from each side beginning the match. After 5 minutes, members from the favored team enter, and then at three-minute intervals, each team alternates adding a new competitor until everyone is inside the cage. The match officially starts when all participants are in, and victory can only be achieved via pinfall or submission.
