Killer Kross Teases Potential Return to AAA with WWE Backing

2 Min Read

Killer Cross is considering various opportunities, including the chance to perform in AAA. However, with AAA now operating under WWE’s control, the situation is more complex than before.

In a discussion with Sean Ross Sapp, Cross addressed whether Scarlett has been in touch with AAA following the expiration of her WWE contract on August 10, 2025. While Cross and Konnan share a strong desire to collaborate again, Cross explained that a new corporate hierarchy complicates the process.

“Yeah, so Conan – for those unfamiliar – has been like an uncle to me. I’ve stayed in constant contact with him, and that will continue. We’ve talked about the possibility of working together again, but now it has to go through a new chain of command,” Cross stated.

Since WWE currently runs AAA, any appearance by Cross isn’t solely his decision; it requires approval from WWE executives. Nevertheless, Cross remains open to the opportunity, provided the logistics align.

“I know he wants us there, but it probably depends on several factors. I told him, ‘Yeah, let me know. I’m ready to work with him in any capacity, anytime. I trust him with my life,'” said Cross.

AAA is now functioning in a very different environment, making Cross’s return uncertain, but the possibility remains. The key question is whether the WWE-led leadership will permit such a move.
