A current WWE talent has decided against renewing their contract and has publicly announced their exit from the company. Eva, who has been serving as the General Manager of NXT for nearly two years after departing from the Schism group, revealed on Instagram that her latest appearance on NXT was her final one under WWE contract.
She shared:
“Last Tuesday marked my last time on NXT and with WWE. I am truly grateful to everyone who supported and believed in me throughout this incredible journey.”
Eva added,
“Choosing not to extend my contract was a tough decision, but it also represents a new chapter in my life. I feel deeply honored to have been Eva.”
Meanwhile, next week’s episode of NXT will feature a seven-man ladder match to determine the new NXT Champion, as the title is currently vacant.
Fan Take:
Eva’s departure signals a significant change in the NXT landscape, closing the chapter on a key figure who contributed both on-screen and behind the scenes. For WWE fans, this opens the door to fresh opportunities and storylines that could further evolve the brand and inject new energy into the sport.
