Britt Baker drops yet another mysterious post amidst the rumors of his exit

Britt Baker is not going to be quiet at least on social media.

The former AEW women’s world champion has returned with yet another mysterious Instagram post. This may be the most direct message ever about how she feels.

On July 2nd, Baker shared a new quote. The new quote quickly raised the brows by fans. Read the message: “The day you get okay because you’re not liked by everyone else is the moment when you finally start to fall in love with yourself.”

Of course, Baker did not tag AEW or mention ongoing rumors about her future, but the timing speaks volume. It comes right after she posts another quote about her self-worth. There she emphasized the line, “The same water. The only thing that changed its value was the location.” The post encouraged speculation that Baker felt underrated in AEW and might be trying to jump over the ship.

Since then, sources have confirmed that Baker is actively seeking a way out of AEW. But that’s easier than that. Baker signed a five-year contract with AEW in 2021 and locked her up until at least 2026.

AEW revealed that they have no plans to let go of Baker any time soon. The company’s belief is that there is a possibility of WWE-related headlines, especially in Baker’s hometown of Pittsburgh.

Baker has not been seen on AEW TV since November 2024. She appears in a lighter environment like Sammy Guevara’s video blog in the animeverse, but her social media activities draw very different pictures.
