R-Truth has disclosed that his rivalry with John Cena is far from over, despite their recent matches. In an interview with the Toronto Sun, when asked about the possibility of having his final major bout against Cena, R-Truth insisted that their feud is still ongoing.

He expressed that Cena has emotionally impacted many people and needs to reconnect with his former self. R-Truth accused Cena of betraying numerous individuals, including himself, his fans, and those who had faith in him.

R-Truth also highlighted that Cena has not delivered the iconic “You Can’t See Me” persona that fans once adored. Instead, Cena seems to have evolved into someone different, no longer the figure that captured everyone’s hearts.

He said, “Oh, it’s not over. He has to look back at who he is. He has hurt people’s hearts. Yes. You asked me what good things about him. He betrayed people, the dogs. He betrayed you, me, us, they, everyone. He, his companions, he is no longer giving us ‘You can’t see me.’ Now it’s all ‘continue.’ He has not given us. He’s not John Cena we fell in love with, do you know what I’m saying?”

R-Truth revealed that Cena has taken him and his fans on an emotional roller coaster and said that Cena must make a comeback, not just for himself but for his own peace of mind. According to R-Truth, their story is not finished yet.

He explained, “So he takes me on a roller coaster that takes everyone else. John needs to come back. Not for me, but for my sanity. For R-Truth’s sanity.”
