Jeff Jarrett, the co-founder of TNA Wrestling, has openly expressed confusion about the company’s promotional strategy under the leadership of President Carlos Silva.

During his “My World with Jeff Jarrett” podcast, Jarrett and the company’s founders revealed uncertainty regarding TNA’s business model and long-term objectives, despite having experienced some of their most successful years over the past decade.

Jarrett stated, “To this day, I don’t understand what the business model is. What is the plan? The partnerships are great, whether with AEW, WWE, or Noah, but what are the goals behind these alliances?”

He also took aim at Silva’s recent statements about pursuing a $10 million annual media rights deal, dismissing the financial figures as vague and lacking clarity. Silva is currently negotiating TNA’s media rights, aiming to secure a deal that would support 52 weeks of live broadcasts starting in January 2026.

This criticism comes during one of TNA’s most prosperous periods since the early 2010s. The company has just wrapped up a record-breaking 2024 year, highlighted by Slammiversary 2024, which set attendance records not seen at TNA events in over a decade.

A key factor behind TNA’s recent success has been its multi-year partnership with WWE, announced in January 2025.
