On “WWE Smackdown,” Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Sabin faced each other for the first time in singles action in WWE. Ciampa partner Johnny Gargano tried to join, but was stopped by Sabin’s partner Alex Shelley. At the end of the match, Sabin sent Ciampa out of the ring, sending him a crossbody and level #diy. After bringing Ciampa back into the ring, he went to the top rope. Ciampa had told Ref about the obvious injuries. Sabin shows up a wild Candyslera and pulls him up with his hair to pull him up on top rope, leaving him open, running his knees from Champa so he can get the victory.
They teased for a while that Lerae might join her husband and Ciampa. She was involved with Gargano and Cimpa at various points on “NXT”, including their big single feud. Additionally, Lerae and Gargano had factions with NXT’s Indi Hartwell, Austin Theory, and former Dexter Lumis. Since being featured on the main roster, Lerae and Gargano have been separated. Lerae and Hartwell worked with Nia Jax a bit. After the release of Hartwell, Lerae was less common. She teamed up with Jax against Tiffany Stratton and Trish Strats in the Elimination Chamber. Last October, “The Poison Pixie” made history as the first female speed champion.
