AEW Collision Results 5/22 – Mercedes Moné Vs. Reyna Isis, FTR Contract Signing

Welcome to the coverage of a special Thursday episode of “AEW Collision” on May 22, 2025.

This Sunday there will be a “collision” before “double or nothing.” Ahead of her Owen Hart Cup tournament match, TBS champion Mercedes Monet will put her title on the line with CMLL’s Reina ISIS. More CMLL stars will be active as Mistico, Templario and Mascara Dorada face off against Volador Jr., Magnus and Rugido.

Prior to the Speedball Bailey match on Pay-Per-View, he will work with Komander to join Rush & Dralistico. They attacked Bailey last week, and he challenged Okada for the Continental Championship.

“Protostal” Kyle Fletcher works against Jay Resal. Another member of the Don Carris family, Josh Alexander, faces off against AR Fox, who has been fighting DCF for several weeks.

GYV appeared behind the scenes last week, calling Paragon “soft” and challenged tonight’s match to prove they were wrong.

After accepting the “Double or Nothing” match, Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia sign a contract to play the match against the FTR official.

Daniel Garcia & Nigel McGuinness & FTR Contract Signing

Tony Ciaborne is in the ring and welcomes Adam Cole to commentate. He then invites FTR and Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia to sign contracts. There is also the magic of Stokeley and Dad.

Konuke Takeshita & RPG Vice vs. Los Outrunners & Bandido

Bandido and Trent start us. Trent backs him up to the ropes, but Bandido moves and chops him twice. The bandid performed a backbreaker and a vertical suppression. Mercedes Monet vs. Reinisis – Open Challenge for the TBS Championship

Mercedes Monet comes first into the ring, followed by Reina Isis. They lock and separate before locking again. ISIS rolls her up. Monet counters for cover. They exchange rollups. ISIS asked for a dance timeout. Mone turns back to the statement maker and performs a “CEO” dance.

Mone first sends her face to the turnbuckle and slaps her. ISIS puts her in the ropes and drops her double knees and legs and bumps into her. They trade blows again. ISIS bouncing off the rope and letting her down. ISIS with knee lift. Or catches the foot in front of the second leg. She kicked her in the back, head-sized takedowns and meteora at the corners. Kyle Fletcher lol/Don Karis & Lance Archer vs. Jaylesal

Fletcher comes first to the ring, accompanied by Archer and Charis. The death continues. Lethal attempts to pick up Fletcher, but he blocks it and returns it to the fatal horn. Around the ring, Fletcher stays in the chop. The fatal one bounces off the rope, but then kicks out Fletcher and thrusts out. He backs up Fletcher into the ring and slams him with his closed fist. Lethal caught a kick, slapped him, worked his feet and sent him through the top rope. Lethality continues in Taupe Swamp. Fletcher put him on his knees in his gut. The fatal fist slammed Cole and he ate boots from his opponent as he turned. Fletcher threw him on the apron.

Paragon vs. Living

Alexander tumbled out of the ring, and Fox continued with Taupe Swedish. Fox put him back in the ring and went to 450, but Alexander got in the way. Alexander charged at Fox, but Fox moved and sent Alexander into the turnbuckle. Alexander intercepted the cutter and turned it over to a German suppression and power bomb. He hit a C4 spike for victory.

Flying Jr., Rugido, Magnus vs. Mystic, Templar, & Golden Mask

Volador Jr., Magnus, & Rugido will be the first to come to the ring. Followed by Templario, Mistico and Mascara Dorada. Templario and Lugido start by trading blows and running the ropes. Templario’s shoulder tackled him. Volador was tagged, and the Templario bouncing off the rope and rolling his back. He did a spinning heel kick and an ensue igli. Voldoor tumbled out of the ring. Magnus enters the ring and sends Temple Rio into the corner. Magnus and Templario with drop toes spin him into the arm drag like a windmill.

Mascara Dorada misses a dropkick in Lugido’s basement. Dorada makes a double springboard from the rope to the arm drag. Lugid left the ring and Magnus entered. Magnus kicked Dorada with his gut. Dorada responded with Tejares and Magnus came out of the ring. Volador enters the ring and gets kicked in the head. Dorada features a head size takedown. They come back as the heels begin to leave and Aubrey starts counting.

Mistico and Volador are in the ring. Mistico runs on the rope and bouncing it off, and Volador slams him behind with a dropkick. The heel enters and attacks Misfico.

After a break, Mystico cleans the house. Baby face with stereotope swallowtail ferns to knock down the heels. Mistico returns to the ring and Magnus joins. They traded blows and ran the ropes. Mystico with a crossbody from the rope. Rugido grabs Mistico and when Magnus starts hitting Mistico, Mistico hits his partner behind him. Mistico continues with Tejares from Magnus. Mistico does the same for Rugido and Volador. The Templario put a cart wheel over the hand spring to take Lugido and Magnus.

With Magnus super kicks, Mystizo throws Mystico on the ropes and takes out Voldor, Lugido and Templerio. Dorada has a crossbody on Magnus. Magnus goes to pick him up, but Dorada dives. Dorada has won the poison poison and the press of the shooting star.

Speedball Bailey & Komander vs. Rush & Dralisto

The speedball and commander come first to the ring, accompanied by Alex Abelhantes. The rush continues. Dralistico attacks the enemy from behind before the bell rings. Dralistico fights Komander on the outside and rushes the speedball on the other side of the ring. The speedball is sent to the barricade, and the commander’s face is slammed against the commentary table.

After the break, LFI took charge of Komander. The commander went backflow, but the dralist moved. Dralistic, Tejares and Rush went to Senton, but the Commander got in the way. Commander with a drop kick from the rope. A speedball was tagged and rushed, then a rapid fire kick with a dralist. He kicked him in the back of his intestines, his neck and his chest. Dralistico was tagged and Speedball sent Rush to the corner. The commander kicked the rush. A speed ball with a thrust kick to Dralistico. The commander rode the turnbuckle and the speedball was stepped out drastically. Komander ran the rope and pulled out a flying LFI through Tope Suecida.

Speedball puts the dralistik into the ring and Commander did the same with the rush, so he managed to connect with the stereo shooting star press, but the LFI lifts his shoulders. Commander tagged. Speedball held back Dralisco and the Commander was able to carry out the destroyer. Rush disbanded Pin. Rush Head Bot Commander and Supplex Speed ​​Ball. He continued with a knee attack on his face.
