WWE will begin integration into AAA operations as transactions progress

WWE is not wasting time tightening the grip on AAA.

Fightful Select WWE quietly began sending agents to AAA taping, reporting that it had observed how things were performed and reported. Jeremy Borash is deeply involved in this process, reportedly having multiple conversations with talent on recent shows.

“They feel how things are going to be done.” One source told Fighful.

The talents of the AAA, especially those without official contracts, are still unsure about their roles moving forward. WWE’s contract to acquire a 51% stake in AAA is expected to close later this year, but the impact is already felt.

At least one AAA insider claims that the behind-the-scenes structure changes are genuine.

“Several people at the top of AAA already feel that some tides are changing and are knocking down some force pegs.” The source said.

The road beyond the AAA locker room looks uncertain as WWE slowly integrates its structure into the heart of Mexican wrestling.
