Jordynne Grace deals with “not enough” things in the WWE NXT Battleground

2 Min Read

Last night, at the NXT Battlegrounds, Jolding Race was short in the NXT Women’s Championship match against Stephanie Verker, making him one of the toughest rivals “La Primera” faced since winning the title. Following her defeat, Grace went to social media to look back at her match against Varker and admitted she struggled with a performance that wasn’t strong enough to win.

“The hardest truth to swallow: simply not enough.”

This Tuesday, Vaquer will defend the championship with “WWE NXT” against Jayne, who slapped behind the scenes of “Dark Angel” after an elegant victory over AAA Stars’ Dalys and Chik Tormenta. After the match took place, Vaquer praised her impressive outing “The Juggernaut” last night and is ready to enter the fight against Jayne this Tuesday.

“Next to @stephanie.vaquer”

In an interview after the show, Jane shared her excitement about her upcoming title match on “WWE NXT” and boasted about the vicious slap that she managed to land on the Verker.

“@jacyjaynewwe has a lot to say this Tuesday about @steph_vaquer and her #wwenxt women’s championship match…”

Tuesday marks Jane’s first televised NXT women’s championship opportunity since February 2023, when Jane and Gigi Dolin were unable to beat Roxanne Perez in a triple threat match in vengeance. As for Grace, it remains to be seen whether she has won another shot to abdicate the bucket turn or whether she will shift her focus towards Soluluka, who is currently hosting the NXT North American Championship.
