AEW Collision TV Ratings & Viewership Breakdown for June 25-26

2 Min Read

“AEW Collision” experienced another schedule change this week, shifting from its usual Saturday 8pm slot to Thursday, June 26th. Fans in Kent, Washington saw the “Battle of Kyle,” where Kyle O’Reilly answered an open challenge from Kyle Fletcher. Despite the interest in the match, the ratings took a hit. According to Programming Insider and Wrestlenomics, the June 26 episode averaged 285,000 viewers, marking a 33% decline from the June 21 episode which drew 426,000 viewers during its regular timeslot. The show’s peak viewership this quarter was 312,000 during the match between Christian Cage and Nick Wayne versus Brian Keith and Big Bill. Throughout the two-hour broadcast, viewership stayed relatively stable, ending with 251,000 viewers from an earlier 308,000.

In the 18-49 demographic, “Collision” scored 0.08, down 20% from 0.10 on the previous Saturday. Despite some movement in the Primetime Cable Rankings—climbing to fifth place on Thursday night compared to June 21—the show faced tough competition, including breaking news about the US bombing nuclear facilities in Iran. This jump in rankings was not sufficient for “Collision” to reach the top 10 cable broadcasts that evening.

Fan Take: This ratings dip highlights how important consistency in scheduling is for AEW’s growing audience. For fans, it’s a reminder that while star-studded matches attract viewers, external factors and timing still play crucial roles in the sport’s broadcast success and future growth.
