Tony Kahn Hints at Potential Expansion for AEW’s TV Show

AEW currently features two weekly shows, Dynamite and Collision, providing fans with plenty of “all elite” wrestling action from the company’s roster. Recently, AEW President Tony Khan hinted during an interview with WFAA about the possibility of introducing a third weekly show in the future.

“There is always potential to expand AEW’s programming schedule. Things are going really well with Dynamite and Collision right now. We’re having a fantastic year, so it’s definitely something we’re thinking about,” Khan said.

Previously, AEW aired Rampage, which debuted in 2021 but ended in 2024 after a new broadcasting deal. The final episode featured a showdown involving Jon Moxley and the Death Riders.

This update comes amid earlier rumors about a possible third AEW brand called Shockwave, which have since quieted down. For now, Dynamite and Collision remain AEW’s main shows, but fans shouldn’t rule out future expansion.

Fan Take: This news is exciting for AEW fans as it signals the company’s growth and commitment to delivering more wrestling content. A third weekly show could open doors for fresh storylines and give more wrestlers a chance to shine, further elevating the sport.
