AEW Dynamite Results (March 4, 2026): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show begins with commentary that welcomes us and outlines what will happen tonight. Next, we see a recap of MJF and Kevin Knight’s confrontation at Collision.

Kevin Knight then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night, followed by AEW World Champion MJF.

AEW World Championship Match: MJF (c) vs. AEW World Trios Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight at Jet Set Rodeo

The match starts with MJF hitting Kevin Knight in the face. MJF then takes down Knight with an armdrag and brags about it. Knight then does the same and takes MJF down with an armdrag of his own. Knight then hits multiple arm drags to stun MJF. Knight then hits a few shoulder tackles for a near fall. Knight then reverses MJF and hits an armbar. After a back-and-forth, Knight goes for a UFO splash, but MJF avoids it. MJF then targets Knight’s midsection before disrespecting him. Knight then fights back and rolls MJF up a few times before MJF slams Knight to the mat.

MJF has the upper hand at this stage of the match. MJF then sends Knight into the turnbuckle. Knight then takes down MJF with a diving lunge. Both men fall to the mat. Commentators believe Knight is seriously injured, but he defies the odds and gets a two count with a splash. Furthermore, Knight defeats MJF with a dive to the outside. MJF then rolls out of harm’s way before hitting a knee to Knight’s midsection. MJF then drops Knight onto the ropes. Knight then avoids the Heat Seeker and hits a DDT on MJF for a 2 count. MJF then kicks Knight and slams him to the mat. Then MJF gets a two count.

Both men then exchange roll-ups for a nearfall, and Knight finally takes MJF down with a flying forearm to the outside. Knight then made his way to the ring and beat the referee’s count. MJF then stands up and overwhelms Knight on the outside. MJF then slams Knight into the steel steps and sends him into the barricade. Knight then evades the charge and reverses with a moonsault. The action is back in the ring. MJF then trips Knight into the ropes. MJF then grabs the ropes. Knight then hits Coast to Coast on MJF. Knight then hits a UFO splash, but MJF kicks the referee, putting him in danger.

The crowd then counts to 13, but the referee slowly counts to 2, then MJF kicks out. Knight then goes for a UFO splash, but MJF gets his knees up. MJF then hits Knight with the Heat Seeker for the win.

MJF is the winner and is still the AEW World Champion!

After the match, MJF kicks the referee out of the ring and tries to land a right hand on Knight. “Hangman” Adam Page then appeared on the entrance ramp and “Speedball” Mike Bayley snuck up behind MJF and slammed him out of the ring.

Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy then go down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors.

Tag match: Conglomerate’s “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin vs. The Dogs (Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors)

The match begins with Cassidy and Allin attacking Kidd and Connors. Both teams then begin fighting outside the ring. Connors slams Allin into the barricade. Kid. Next place the ring step next to the barricade. Cassidy is then placed standing on a table behind the barricade. Connors then runs up to the ring steps and shoves Cassidy through a table. In the ring, Kidd hits Allin with a Fisherman’s Buster. Cassidy was placed on the floor. Kid then chokes Allin with his boot over the ropes.

Kid then charges Allin and gets a two count. Connors then continues his domination over Allin. Connors stands on the back of Allin’s head. Allin then fights back and tries to tag Cassidy, but is stopped. Allin then spilled out of bounds after colliding with the apron. Connors slaps Allin, but Allin retaliates. Allin then sweeps Connors’ leg off with his belt. Cassidy then teamed up and did his usual offense before hitting Kidd and Connors for a two-on-one. Cassidy then hits a crossbody on Kidd.

Cassidy then PKed Connors and got a beach break for a two count. The Kid then beats the count and The Dogs regain control. Allin then gets in the ring but Kidd hits a right hand. Kidd is then tagged in and goes for a suplex, but Allin comes out and double-teams Kidd. Connors also tags in and Cassidy hits a tornado DDT. Cassidy then landed the Orange Punch for the win.

The winners of the tag team match are Conglomerate’s “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin!

After the match, David Finlay sneaks up behind Cassidy and Allin. Kidd and Allin then lock Allin in place and Finlay nails Allin with a Silly Rag. He then stacks Cassidy on top of Allin and stands tall over them along with Kidd and Connors.

Then we head to the back and Rene Paquette is with Bandido and Andrade. They then talk about the upcoming match and Andrade leaves.

The Brawling Birds then make their way down to the ring for their next match of the night, followed by The IInspiration.

Tag match: The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter, Alex Windsor) vs. The Eye Inspiration (Jesse McKay, Kathie Lee)

The match begins with The Brawling Birds attacking The I Inspiration from behind. Windsor then hits a clothesline on McKay and Lee double suplexes him. The Brawling Birds then hit Lee with Two Birds One Stone. They then go for the cover and get the win.

Winners of the tag team match, The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter & Alex Windsor)!

Hangman Page then went down to the ring for his next match of the night, but his opponent was already in the ring.

Single match: Jet Set Rodeo’s AEW World Trios Champion “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Local Enhancement Talent

The match starts with a big kick from Page, followed by a buckshot lariat. Paige then goes for the cover and gets the win.

The winner of the singles match is AEW World Trios Champion “Hangman” Adam Page from Jet Set Rodeo!

After the match, Page grabs the microphone. Page says if MJF wanted a part of it, he risked his future and did what parents should do: teach him a lesson. Paige then tells MJF that he has no conscience in Texas Death. Paige then tells MJF that she will tear him apart and tear him apart. Page then says that even though MJF is world champion, she’s definitely not scared of him. Paige then says that she’s already shown that she wants to hit someone with a diamond ring. Page then tells MJF to put on the ring and come out to the ring.

Then MJF went out and said it was bad enough being in this C-tier town of El Paso. MJF then told Page that he just punched Knight in the ass. MJF then says it’s bad enough that he doesn’t come down and whoop his ass when he has to hear his rant at the press conference next week. Then Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis and Kazuchika Okada attack from behind. They then attacked Page and Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight came out with steel chairs. Fletcher, Davis, and Okada then left the ring. Don Callis then comes out and challenges them to a trios championship match tonight.
