WWE RAW Results (6/8/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The announcers are Michael Cole and Corey Graves.
Oba Femi goes to the ring. Oba says the people of Paris are great, but he has business to attend to. Oba says, “There are many things I want to talk about.” He said he doesn’t agree with Paul Heyman on many things, but they do have one thing in common. They don’t believe in prophecies. They believe in spoilers.
Ohba says running through everyone at King of the Ring is a spoiler. He said that would continue at Night of Champions, where he would destroy his opponents and take his rightful throne as King of the Ring.
Oba-san says a ruler needs a crown and this is the year to collect trophies. There’s one trophy he hasn’t collected yet, and that’s Brock Lesnar’s head. Oba says they are one, but Brock is not there. He said Brock snuck in, cheated and won, then disappeared. Oba says Paul Heyman talks about the big, bad beast, but all he sees is the big, bad beast. Oba says that if he meets Brock again, he will settle the matter.
Dominik Mysterio’s music plays and he heads to the stage. Dom says Oba doesn’t control anyone. He says Oba should be worried about Brock Lesnar, but he’s worrying too much. Dom calls Oba a rookie and says he’s just here for a cup of coffee, but Dom is a 20-year veteran in the game. Dom says he is the king of the luchadores and will rule over Oba when he becomes king of the ring.
Dom gets on the apron and tells Oba to take it easy, bend his knees and respect Stasta. JD McDonough appears behind Oba and hits him with a chair, but Oba doesn’t feel it. Oba turned around and slammed a chair into JD’s face. Oba grabs JD, but Dom hits Oba with a 619. Dom goes up top, but Oba catches him and throws him across the ring. JD drags Dom down to the floor to save him.
Oba tells Dom that he failed tonight. Everyone knows Rey Mysterio is Dom’s father, but he says he plans to introduce Dom to his dad next week.
A look back at last week’s Raw main event.
Jackie Redmond is backstage with Seth Rollins and asks him what happened last week and if it’s over yet. Seth took a moment to soak in the crowd humming his song. He said that time is a flat circle. Last time he was in Paris, he was world champion and leader of The Vision, but The Vision is now a thing of the past. Seth says he’s King of the Ring now and he’s going to win. The future is about regaining the title he never lost.
Seth says he plans to date Roman Reigns, the man he once called his brother, in the future. He says Roman can’t seem to win the title on his own and can’t seem to beat Seth Rollins when it matters most. Seth says Roman is holding a title that doesn’t belong to him. Seth says he created the title and it’s his.
Liv Morgan vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch vs. Chelsea Green Queen of the Ring 1st round
Liv falls to the floor. Green escapes from Uranesi, but Alexa kicks her. Green also runs away from Sister Abigail before Becky sends her to the apron and punches her. Alexa takes control with drop to holds, knees, and dropkicks. She hits the ropes but appears to hurt her knee as Becky moves out of the way. Liv misses a splash to the ropes. Alexa then hits Becky with a cannonball as she falls to the floor. Green goes for a crossbody on Liv and Alexa, but Becky cuts her off and sends Green into the ring post.
Becky sends Liv to the announce table. Becky then hits a leg drop on Alexa from the turnbuckle for a near fall and gets into an argument with the referee. Becky hits a forearm in the corner and hits Alexa with an Exploder for another near fall.
Becky hits Alexa in the back with a forearm and knocks her to the mat. Alexa answers with a jawbreaker but misses a splash. Alexa blocks a double jump sidekick from Becky and sends her over the top rope. Liv then hits Alexa with a lung blower, nearly causing her to fall. Liv and Green trade forearms and Liv hits a connecting suplex with a kick. Liv persists and hits the second shot, but Alexa stops her from hitting the third. Becky joins in and they fight over a double suplex until Green and Alexa hit a move.
Alexa hits Liv with a shoulder tackle and a dragon screw. Green takes down both women with a shoulder tackle. Alexa follows with a flip senton to Becky and Liv. Green and Alexa hit double knee strikes to the backs of Liv and Becky. Green then kicks Alexa and hits running double knees on Liv and Becky. Becky splashes Green, Liv catches Becky with an elbow. Alexa gave Liv a series of blows and kicks. Alexa escapes Urange and Green hits a missile dropkick on Becky. Alexa drops Green with a DDT for a near fall.
Becky stops Alexa on the turnbuckle and they trade punches. Green pulls Becky down and exchanges shots with Alexa. Alexa hits a headbutt on Green, but Liv hits a sunset flip powerbomb on Green. Alexa breaks the cover with a Twisted Bliss, but Becky breaks up Alexa’s pin attempt. Becky punches Alexa and knocks Liv to the floor. She subsequently knocked Green out of the ring, leaving Becky and Alexa in the ring.
Alexa kicks Becky and goes for a tornado DDT but Becky blocks it. Alexa is able to get a nearfall before hitting Becky with a Blockbuster. Liv goes for ObLIVion, but Alexa blocks it and hits Sister Abigail with a nearfall. After that, Becky will be back soon with Uranage for fall. Green hits the UnpretiHER, but Liv catches her with a jackknife cover for the three count.

Cole and Corey talk about Penta and Rey Mysterio.
Penta said that when people talk about Lucha Libre, they talk about Rey Mysterio, and that Rey inspired him. Ray says he’s never seen a member of his family stand up as quickly as Penta. Penta says being in the ring with Rey is an honor and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Rey says it’s an honor for him, but Penta says it’s more than a match because it’s part of Lucha Libre history.
Penta turns around and looks at Chad Gable. Chad says he’ll keep it brief. He said he spoke to Rey Fenix on SmackDown and admitted that he’s done a lot of embarrassing things over the years. Chad says it all started after he lost to Penta in his debut match. He says he did not take the loss like a man and instead acted like a coward. Chad looks Penta in the eye and apologizes. Penta loves Lucha Libre, but says it’s hard to respect someone who admits they were wrong. But Penta says there’s someone Chad still has to apologize to.
Byron Saxton is with Ethan Page on the interstitial stage and asks him about the Intercontinental Title match. Ethan interrupts him and says that his path wasn’t what he wanted. He’s only been here for two months and already defeated Penta for the title at PLE. Ethan says he has feelings for Rowe because of Adam Pearce. Penta claims he has no fear, but he says he is scared of Ethan Page. Ethan wants to know where the rematch is and says he’s smart enough to get what he wants. No matter who wins, the title is their goal.
WWE has announced that Sunday Night’s main event will once again be held in Atlanta on September 6th.
Seth Rollins was in the locker room when Montez Ford came in and wished him good luck at King of the Ring. Seth thanks Ford for his help and asks about Angelo Dawkins. Then Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Jacob Fatu show up. Jay tells Seth to be careful what he says about his family. Jey says he’s going to win King of the Ring and beat Cody Rhodes.
Seth says it’s great that Jey is on King of the Rings and is better than Jimmy. Seth says he’s not talking about his family. He’s talking about Roman Reigns. Seth said he thought they were better than this and better than doing Roman’s job. He says this is probably the best thing for them. Jay tells Fatu to bring Seth. Fatu took off his sunglasses but walked away.
Bayley walks up to Lyra Valkyrie and tries to get her excited for the match. Bayley says it’s time for Lyla to reclaim the Intercontinental Championship. She says that everything Lyla has done in the past has led her here, and Bailey tells Lyla that she believes in her before wishing her luck.
Sol Luka vs. Lyra Valkyrie
Sol and Lyla lock up and Sol takes Lyla down with a side headlock. Laila bridges and goes for a wristlock, but Sol reverses her into an armbar. Lyra kicks free and both women rise to their feet. Laila goes for a waist lock, but Sol counters with a belly to back suplex. Laila lands on her feet and hits a springboard armdrag. Sol comes back with a nearfall and lands a front facelock.
Sol sends Lyra into the ropes and Lyra floats away. Sol then runs away from Lyra by walking on his hands, hitting X-Factor and nearly causing him to fall. Layla rolls to the floor and goes back to the apron, but Sol kicks Layla. Sol escapes Lyra’s shoulder attempt and ends up on the apron. She hits a roundhouse kick and goes for a springboard, but Lyla catches her and ends up sending Sol over the top rope to the floor. Laila follows Sol to the floor and hits a forearm to the back, followed by a European uppercut. They return to the ring where Lyla gets a nearfall with a snapmare and a rollup.
Sol fights back with punches and forearms, but Lyla hits a full nelson. Sol falls trying to escape, but Lyra stops her and attempts to cast the Billy Goat Curse on her. Sol counters with a sunset flip for a near fall. Laila responds to a nearfall with an enzuigiri and slams Sol into the corner twice. Sol fights back with an Irish whip, but a hip attack in the corner misses. Sol then countered from the corner and performed a sunset flip for a near fall. Sol and Lyla hit clotheslines at the same time and both women fall. Lyra lands a forearm, and Sol counterattacks with shots. Sol does a thrust kick and connects with an uppercut. When Laila misses a spinning back heel kick, Sol follows up with a back elbow, sending Laila into the turnbuckle and hitting a German suplex.
Sol continues to roll with a missile dropkick and hits a running knee to the head for a near fall. Sol goes to the apron but Lyla stops him with a kick. While Sol is hanging on the ropes, Laila climbs the turnbuckle and hits a legdrop. Laila goes for a near fall with a spinning back heel kick.
Lyra goes for a tornado DDT, but Sol escapes and lands. Lyra hits a dropkick and goes for Nightwing, but Sol counters with an elbow. Lyra catches Sol off the turnbuckle and hoists him onto her shoulders, but Sol counters Nightwing with a sunset flip. Lyra almost falls. Laila misses a spinning heel kick and gets caught in the ropes. Sol took advantage of that opportunity and hit the Sol Snatcher for a 3 count.
Winner: Sol Luka retains the championship.
Looking back at last week’s Tribal Rose Ceremony.
Backstage, Jay approaches Jacob Fatu and demands to know what he was doing. Jimmy tells Fatu that they have called a play and he is to perform it. Fatu tells Jimmy and Jay that he doesn’t approve of them. He only recognized Roman Reigns. Fatu tells her to worry about L.A. Night instead. He asks if they told LA to stop talking about her family. Because LA is probably there talking about them while they’re not doing anything.
LA Knight is then seen walking backstage.
Byron Saxton is with Ricky Saints and asks him about tonight’s game. Ricky says he’s not having fun in Paris. When he is absolute, he says, there is no one like him, so there is nothing to prepare for. Ricky says he doesn’t need any preparation when it comes to himself. Byron brings up Ricky’s opponent and asks if he has an advantage. Ricky said it only took him six months to become NXT Champion and North American Champion while most people take much longer. Ricky says tonight he’ll prove he’s a star. He said he would win the match and become King of the Ring, and the SummerSlam World Champion.
LA Knight heads to the ring. Knight said he plans to compete in a King of the Ring Tournament match on Friday against Finn Balor, Royce Keyes and Jey Uso. He says normally he would run through every match and talk about facing Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, but this is different.
Knight says he’s not mad about fans rooting for Roman because he cheated on him. He said that Roman’s empire is nearing collapse, so Roman is trying to hang on to whatever he can. Knight says someone will probably help Jay win on Friday, even though Jimmy and Jay said it had nothing to do with him.
Knight says he will not follow orders from Roman Reigns. He said Roman calls himself the Chief, but if Knight wins on Friday, wins the King of the Ring title and faces Roman for the title, all members of the bloodline will come out to help keep Roman. Knight said Adam Pearce would probably allow it, pointing to the difference between the way he spoke to Pearce last week and the way Pearce spoke to Roman the week before that.
Knight says he may not have been elected, but the people chose him, and so did he. He says that he gets through his work because he doesn’t know how to quit or quit. Knight said he hopes Jay can win on his own Friday without having his family ringside.
Jey Uso’s music plays. In the ring, Jey reminds everyone that he’s here and the crowd wants him to do it back. Knight says that’s not why he’s sitting on the sidelines. Jay tells Knight to stay in his lane. He also appeared on King of the Ring and says he plans to show Knight exactly who he is on Friday. Jay says this is Knight’s warning shot.
Knight says Jay is wrong. He says he respects Jay’s passion for his family and how protective he is of him, because that’s what a good person should be. With that in mind, Knight wishes Jay good luck on Friday and tells him to mess with his family. Jay begins chasing Knight.
Chad Gable walks backstage and sees Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. He asked them to give him a moment. Dragon Lee says they are good. He tells Chad that he knows Chad understands the meaning of the mask. Ray says he heard what Chad said to him and Penta and tells him not to blame himself for it. Rey sees the mask match and says it was Lucha Libre and accepts Chad’s apology. Ray says he’s known Chad for a long time and doesn’t mean to criticize him. However, Ray tells Chad that he might want to reflect more on the things he regrets before wearing a mask.
Penta vs. Rey Mysterio Men’s Intercontinental Championship
They shake hands before locking the door. Penta goes for a waistlock, but Rey fights back with an armdrag. Penta answers with a headscissors and Rey comes back with one of his own. Rey dropkicks Penta into the ropes but Penta drives Rey to the apron. Penta slips between Rey’s legs, but Rey hits an Asai Moonsault on Penta, who falls to the floor.
Penta slams Rey into the ring post to beat the referee’s count. He kicks Rey in the back of the leg and chops him into the post. Penta goes for another chop, but Rey moves and Penta hurts his hand.
Back in the ring, Penta hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for a nearfall. Penta then hits a back heel kick for a near fall. He then punches and chops Rey to show that his hands are okay.
Rey and Penta trade chops and Penta kicks Rey in the back of the leg for a knockdown. Penta sends Rey into the corner, Rey floats but Penta catches him. Penta hits a thrust kick in the corner, an enzuigiri, and a hesitant handstand kick. Penta then hits a flip dive on Rey who falls to the floor. Back in the ring, Penta signals Destroyer. Rey cuts him open with kicks and an Irish whip.
Penta floats up and hits a lung blower for a near fall. He follows up with a chop, but Rey counters with a satellite DDT for a near fall. Rey hits a shoulder and goes for a sunset flip powerbomb from the apron, but Penta holds up. Rey blocks a kick and swings Penta back onto the apron. Rey then hits a Tiger Feint Kick followed by a Sliding Sunset Flip Powerbomb to send Penta into the ringside barrier. Rey beats the count and returns to the floor with a kick to Penta. Before they get back in the ring, he sends Penta into the ring steps. Penta rolls to the floor but catches Rey with a kick to the leg. Penta then pins Rey’s head down, picks him up with one arm and drops him on the apron.
Back in the ring, Penta hits a clothesline for a near fall. Penta chops Rey, Rey chops back and they trade shots. Penta kicks Rey’s leg, but Rey counters with a kick of his own. Penta catches Rey from the ropes but Rey blocks the Penta Driver. Rey hits a forearm, but Penta returns with a superkick and hits the Penta Driver for a near fall. Penta goes for the Destroyer, but Rey cuts him off with a kick. Penta drops Rey on the ropes again, but Rey counters with a Poizrana.
Rey dropkicks Penta into the ropes and hits a 619 followed by a springboard splash for a nearfall. Rey and Penta exchange words before exchanging forearms. Penta hits a superkick and goes for the Penta Driver, but Rey rolls through and hits another 619. Rey goes up top and goes for a frog splash, but Penta gets his knees up. Penta then hits the Destroyer for a 3 count.
Winner: Penta retains the championship.
After the match, Penta and Rey touch heads to show respect. Ethan Page and Rusev then attack Penta and Rey. Rusev hits a flying kick on Penta and puts Rey on an Accolade.
Dragon Lee’s music plays and he runs towards the ring. Lee kicks and punches Paige and then corners Rusev with punches and kicks. Page grabs Lee, but Lee sends Page into Rusev. Lee hits a thrust kick on Page, clotheslines him to the floor, then dropkicks Rusev off the apron. Page then trips Lee and sends him over the ringside barrier. Paige tells Rusev to unmask Rey. Rusev removes his mask and Penta quickly covers Rey. Paige then kicks Rey and Penta.
Chad Gable comes out and hits a German suplex on Page. Rusev steps in and takes him down with a German suplex. Gable gives Page another German suplex and then Rusev with a German suplex. Gable puts Page in an ankle lock, but Rusev drags Page to the floor. Lee gets a towel so Ray can cover his face. Gable sees Rey’s mask on the mat and gives it to Penta so Rey can put it back on.
Raquel Rodriguez says she dominated her first match on Queen of the Ring. She said that the next person to get in her way was Iyo Sky, and that she had already defeated Iyo the last time they were in the ring together. Raquel says next week will be no different. After defeating Iyo, Raquel said she would take the title from Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam. She told Iyo that if Raquel won the title, she might want a ticket to SummerSlam because Rhea might need a shoulder to cry on.
Next week, Iyo Sky will face Raquel Rodriguez in the Queen of the Ring semifinals.
Roxanne tells Liv that she was right. She said she needs to look at the bigger picture and wants either Liv or Raquel to win Queen of the Ring. Roxanne says it would be great if Liv and Raquel could face off in the finals. Dom shows up and complains about what just happened. Liv says she has an idea, but Roxanne says she’ll get back to her later.
Jevon Evans vs. Seth Rollins vs. Tara Tonga vs. Ricky Saints king of the ring tournament
Ricky punches Seth and Seth falls to the floor. Ricky chases after him, but Evans turns away from Tara. Evans hits a kick and goes for a springboard cutter, but Tara catches her and drops her with a clothesline.
Seth and Tara end up in the ring. Seth hits a chop and thrust kick, but Tara runs him over with a shoulder tackle. Tara lifts Seth up but Evans punches Tara. Seth joins in and the two attack Tara. He hits a double thrust kick, followed by clotheslines by Seth and Evans.
Ricky goes to the floor but trips Seth. Tara kicks Evans and Ricky slams Evans into Tara. Ricky then holds Seth so Tara can chop him and does the same to Evans. Ricky and Tara high-five, but Tara attacks Ricky with her boot.
Tara sends Ricky to the floor and clotheslines Seth over the top rope. Tara then carries Evans over her shoulders and pushes Seth and Ricky to the floor. Tara sends Ricky into the ringside barrier and Evans into the ring post. He hit Seth in the back with a forearm before returning to the ring. Tara hits a splash, back elbow, and elbow drop on Seth. Seth tries to fight back with a chop, but Tara slams Seth to the mat.
Tara knocks Evans off the apron with a boot and hits Ricky, knocking him to the floor. Tara follows and sends Ricky into the ringside barrier. He goes to pick up Ricky, but Ricky escapes and sends Tara into the ring post. Seth hits a suicide dive and Ricky slams Tara into the post again. Seth and Ricky then push Tara over the ringside barrier and into the timekeeper area.
Tara grabs Seth by the throat and grabs Ricky, but Evans jumps in with a crossbody and gets a takedown. Seth and Ricky return to the ring and trade punches. Seth takes control with forearms, clotheslines, running knees, and falcon arrows. Seth follows up with a kick, but Evans returns with a rebound spinning heel kick, resulting in a near fall on Seth.
Evans goes to the apron but Seth kicks him during a springboard attempt. Evans also counters with a kick. Seth blocks a slingshot headscissors and goes for a buckle bomb, but Evans counters with a rana into the turnbuckle. Ricky then kicks Evans and hits a tornado DDT for a near fall. Ricky goes up top and the referee checks on Evans. Evans quickly jumps up and goes over the top rope to the floor. Evans catches Ricky with a kick and hits a Spanish fly. Seth then hits Evans with a Pedigree but Tara breaks the cover. Seth escapes a chokeslam and counters with a flurry of kicks.
Tara goes over the top rope to the floor and Ricky sends Seth away as well. Ricky goes for a roshambo on Evans, but Evans escapes and slams Ricky to the floor. Evans then hits a plancha on everyone.
Evans goes up top but Ricky crotches him. Evans fights back with an elbow and Seth slams Ricky into the back with a forearm. Seth goes to the turnbuckle, Tara gets under it and goes for the Tower of Doom, but Evans gets up and lands. Evans hits a forearm, but when he goes for a rebound roundhouse kick, Tara catches him with a clothesline. Seth rips the cover.
Tara grabs Seth by the throat and throws him over the top rope to the floor. Tara follows him and begins clearing the announce table. He grabs Seth but Evans hits a suicide dive. Tara then chokeslams Evans into the announce table. Seth answers Tara at the announce table with a blackout.
Seth drives a knee into the back of Tara’s head from the ringside fence. Back in the ring, Seth misses a blackout on Ricky. Seth escapes a tornado DDT and hits Blackout, but Austin Theory drags the referee out of the ring.
Montez Ford attacks Theory and they fight into the crowd. Bron Breaker then enters the ring and spears Seth. Ricky crawls onto Seth but Evans gets back in the ring. Ricky gets up and hits a double jump cutter, giving Evans a three count.
Winner: Jevon Evans
