Why Bully Believes Seth Rollins’ WWE Faction “Just Doesn’t Feel Right Yet”

2 Min Read

Since factions formed this spring, Bully Ray has expressed discomfort with the new group led by Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman. Bully Ray was reluctant to join the faction, puzzled by how Bronson Reed could let go of his past rivalry with Rollins. He also disliked the matching black suits and sunglasses worn by Reed and Bron Breakker. Although he appreciated the group’s appearances on Monday Night Raw, Bully Ray remains unconvinced about the faction’s value to Rollins. On “Busted Open Radio,” he explained that while his initial concerns may have grown as the faction solidified, there has been enough time to iron things out—but it still “doesn’t feel right.” Bully Ray sees Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker as merely background players supporting Rollins. He believes they may gain more prominence over time but remains skeptical about why Rollins would trust Reed given their past feud.

Bully Ray suggested it would make sense if Rollins encouraged Reed to use the same aggressive tactics Reed once used against him. Earlier in 2024, Reed and Rollins engaged in a heated rivalry, trading victories after intense matches, including one where Reed hit six tsunami finishers on Rollins. After recovering from an injury sustained at the WWE Survivor Series War Games match, Reed has since returned as an ally to Rollins, Heyman, and Breakker.

Fan Take: This storyline highlights ongoing tensions and trust issues within WWE factions, creating compelling drama for fans eager to see character development and alliances tested. How Reed and Breakker evolve in their roles could significantly shape the faction’s future, adding depth to WWE’s narrative landscape.
