The show begins with a promo cut from Roman Reigns.
Roman says you should have enjoyed your time and your relevance. Roman then says what did you do when you won the Royal Rumble? Roman then says you lied. Then Roman says you tried to revise your history. Roman then says his fan base has lived through that all along and all you did was expose yourself as a hypocrite. Then Roman says what he said. Then Roman says something embarrassing. Afterwards, Roman says he likes Pat, but the guest never shuts up on him. Roman then says no one believes you. Roman then says this isn’t 2012. And Roman says they trust him. Roman then says he’ll give Phil another chance tonight. Then Roman says he says you won’t tell the truth.
Michael Cole then welcomed us to the show and narrated the arrival of CM Punk, Stephanie Vaquel, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and Gunther. And Cole said nearly 12,000 fans were in attendance.
Next, let’s take a look back at last week’s contract signing between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi.
We then see Paul “Triple H” Levesque and RAW General Manager Adam Pearce in the ring, giving us a taste of what will happen before Sunday’s season opener. Adam then welcomes everyone to RAW. And he said Oba and Brock would sign contracts separately to ensure this match would appear at WrestleMania. Paul Heyman then leaves. Heyman says Adam is right that the signings will be done separately because no one will have to get close to Brock Lesnar. Then Brock’s music came on and he made his way down to the ring.
Brock then receives the contract and signs it. Brock then hands it back to Adam and he and Heyman shake hands with Triple H and Adam. Heyman says this could be Nigeria’s death warrant. Heyman then says he’s happy about that. Brock then says that after this weekend, you won’t even know his name. Heyman then said that in the real main event of WrestleMania this Sunday, what we have here are spoilers, not predictions. Heyman then says there will be winners and losers. Heyman then says the loser’s name is Oba Femi. Heyman then says to thoroughly investigate the rumors about Brock not winning, he will be the winner of the match.
Now let’s take a look at what happened recently with IShowSpeed. Next, take a look at Logan Paul and Austin Theory’s speed training. Speed says he’s not a wrestler. Logan then says that it doesn’t matter if he’s a wrestler or not. Logan then says he’s a genius and it’s time to get his act together. Austin says The Usos couldn’t be tag champions because of you. Then Austin says you hit L.A. Knight with a brass knack. Then Austin says everyone hates you except them. The six-man tag match will be the first match on Saturday night.
Charlotte Flair then makes her way down to the ring for her first match of the night against Alexa Bliss, followed by Lyra Valkyrie with Bayley.
Single match: Sharlexa’s “Queen” Charlotte Flair vs. Lyra Valkyria
The match begins with both men locking up, with Laila landing a side headlock takedown. Laila then kicks Flair away and goes for a figure four leglock. More side headlock takedown by Laila and a head scissors by Flair. Lyra then does a handstand and runs away on foot on her hands. Flair then tightens the waistlock and gets a takedown. Flair then hits a shoulder tackle and Bayley exchanges some words with Alexa. Lyra then says a few words to Flare and Pi confronts her. Flare then tells her not to do that again, which Lyla does. Flair then misses a chop and Laila hits a crossbody and a spinning heel kick for a nearfall. Laila then flips Flair over with an Irish whip and Laila hits a boot. Flair then hits a kick.
Laila then hits an Irish whip and Flair hits a Flair flip, but Laila blocks the kick and hits a leg sweep. Laila then hits a dropkick over the ropes. Laila then goes for a pescado, but Flair moves and Laila stands up. Flair then hits a boot. Flair then brings Lyla back into the ring and slams her face first into the mat. Flair then gets a near fall. Flair then tightens up with a figure four headscissors and rolls Lyla around the ring. Flair then misses the boot and gets caught in the ropes. Lyra then gets a rollup for a near fall. Layla then hits a dropkick and Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Laila then hits a back elbow and sends Flair to the apron. Flair then hits a boot and Laila goes down. Flair then goes up top and hits a crossbody. Flair then hits a chop. Flair then hits a walkover clothesline.
Flair then goes up top and goes for a moonsault. Flair then kicks Laila away and Laila pulls Flair off the turnbuckle. Laila then hits a leg drop to the back of the neck for a near fall. Layla then goes up top and goes for a moonsault, but Flair gets a knee up. Laila then counters into a figure four leglock with an inside cradle for a near fall. Laila then hits an enzuigiri. Flair then hits a boot to the head. Flair then goes up top and hits a moonsault for a near fall. Flair then hits Natural Selection on Lyra. Lyla then fights back with a suplex on Flair, but Flair slams Lyla into Bayley outside and sends her back into the ring. Flair then rolls up Lyla, but Bayley trips Flair and helps Lyla reverse the fall and win.

After the match, Flair and Bliss attack Lyla and Bayley in the face.
The Usos and LA Knight are then seen in the background and Solo Chicoa and MFT greet them. Solo says he has a lot to deal with. Solo then says that Tama Tonga won’t be coming tonight. Solo then says that hanging out with this clown on RAW will make his family look bad. Then Jimmy Uso says there’s a problem. LA Knight then proposes a six-man tag team match tonight.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta then comes out and greets the people of Sacramento. He then asked how everyone was doing, but their voices weren’t loud enough for him. And Sunday will be dangerous, he says. Then Penta says it will hurt. Penta then says that he knows pain and will bring pain to those who face him. Penta then says this isn’t just a match, it’s a war.
Then Stephanie Vaquere’s music hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Kathy Kelly stated that things got personal and Liv Morgan hit Stephanie from behind and Liv punched Stephanie when Kathy was also hit. Stephanie then fought back with punches and officials came to the ring and separated the two. Then Liv said let’s go right away. Liv then says that she knew that Stephanie’s mother was a scumbag, but she didn’t know that she was raised by a terrible person. Stephanie then says why wait until WrestleMania. Stephanie then returns to the ring and lands more punches. They are then separated, but Stephanie escapes first and attacks Liv. Kathy Kelly is then helped to the rear.
Now let’s take a look at what Rhea Ripley did last week on WWE SmackDown.
I then meet Jackie Redmond from IYO SKY and she asks if I have anything to say. IYO says he lost, but he doesn’t mind wrestling for his friends. IYO then says that there is no one who supports Rhea as much as she does. Asuka and Kairi Sane then appear and Asuka reminds IYO that she entered WrestleMania last year as champion and is now Rare’s sidekick. IYO then tells Kairi that she doesn’t have to listen to Asuka. Asuka said that Kairi would prove herself against IYO. Asuka then tells Kairi that she is a good girl and will take her in like a good pet.
The Usos then make their way down to the ring for their next match of the night, followed by LA Night. MFT then goes down to the ring.
6-man tag match: The Usos (“Main Event” Jey Uso and “Big Jim” Jimmy Uso) and “The Megastar” LA Knight vs. MFT (Solo Chicoa, Tonga Loa, JC Mateo)
The match starts with JC and Jimmy, with Jimmy floating up and hitting JC with thrust kicks and punches. Jay then tags in and hits a forearm into the corner. Jey then clotheslines JC onto the ropes and Jey hits a plancha. Jay then punches JC and sends him into the ring. Tara Tonga clotheslines Jay as Roa distracts the referee. JC then hits a forearm and tags Roa. Roa then hits a series of kicks and punches. Loa then strangles Jay. Solo then tags in and chokes Jey with the ropes. Tara then throws a punch. Solo then lands a few punches. Solo then set up a running hip to the corner and he hit it. Solo then tightens the nerve hold.
Jey then throws a flurry of punches, but Solo hits a back elbow and punches Jimmy off the apron. Solo then blocks a kick, but Jay hits a Dragon Whip. Knight and Roa then team up and Knight hits a belly-to-back suplex on Roa and clotheslines JC on the top rope. Knight then hits Roa with a neckbreaker. Knight then hits a Catchphrase elbow drop into the turnbuckle. Jimmy then hits a superkick on JC. Solo then spikes Jimmy. Jey then sends Solo to the top rope, Solo catches Jey with a suicide dive, and Solo puts Jey on the announce desk. Tama Tonga shows up and Solo wants to know where he was. Knight then hit a BFT for the win.

Gunther’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Then Seth Rollins appears out of nowhere and hits a double leg takedown, then starts throwing punches at Gunther. Gunther then goes to the floor. Seth said you jumped me two weeks in a row. Then Seth says it’s a receipt. Seth then says he’s done with WrestleMania. Seth then says if this is personal to you and not about kissing Paul Heyman’s supposed to be a man, then tell him why you want to get back in this ring and fight him at WrestleMania.
Gunther then walks to the ring and grabs the microphone. He then gets in Seth’s face and says he’s solving Heyman’s problem because you’re pissing him off. And Gunther said, you’ve been strutting around here for years like you’re the best in the ring. And Gunther said, you’re not like that, he’s like that. Gunther then says that if he was being honest with himself, he never wanted to know. Gunther then says that instead of looking for the best competition, you were a useful fool to Paul Heyman. Additionally, Gunther said it was personal for Seth Rollins to reveal that he couldn’t tie his boots. Gunther then shoves Seth and Seth punches Gunther. Gunther hits another knee and goes for a powerbomb, but Seth escapes. Seth then hits a boot that knocks Gunther to the floor. Seth then attempts a blackout with a ring step, but misses.
Dominik Mysterio is then seen telling Adam Pearce about putting the title on the line with his father and now having to face The Demon. Dominic then says that Finn told him that Damon is dead. Dominic then says that since the contract was for him to face Finn, the match has to be cancelled. Pearce then says that Ray deserves to be in the match. Pierce then tells Dominic to look at the person looking back at him in the mirror. And he said Ray is getting what he deserves. Dominic then says he’s getting what he deserves to face the demon.
IYO SKY then goes down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Asuka and Kairi Sane.
Single match: “Genius of the Sky” IYO SKY vs. “Pirate Princess” Kairi Sane of Kabuki Warriors
The match starts with Sane hitting a Thesz press and some punches. After that, IYO threw a series of punches, and Sane threw a series of punches and kicks. Sane then hits an Irish whip and a flying shoulder into the corner. Sane then went up top and hit a forearm off the turnbuckle for a near fall. Sane then hits an ax kick. Sane then hits a kick to the midsection and snaps the filly into a sleeper. Sane then kicks and IYO hits a hip toss, but Sane goes for more. Sane goes for a headscissors and IYO goes for a handspring. IYO then lands a backdrop and hits Sane with a leg sweep and dropkick to the floor.
IYO then goes for an Asai moonsault, but Sane stops IYO and pulls him into the apron. IYO then hits Sane with a thrust kick. IYO then moonsaults to the ringside barrier. IYO then brings Sane back into the ring, but Sane falls to the floor. Asuka and IYO then have a tug-of-war with Sane, and Asuka pushes Sane into IYO. Sane then sends IYO into the ring steps. Sane then hits a few forearms to the back and she gets a near fall. Sane then hits a slam and an elbow drop for a near fall. Furthermore, Sane tightens it with a single leg crab. IYO approaches the ropes and forces a break. Asuka then punches IYO as the referee deals with Sane and Sane gets a near fall.
IYO then hits a sunset flip counter for a near fall. Thane then encounters IYO’s boots. Furthermore, IYO hits a back fist, Shoutei. Sane then hits an Irish whip and IYO goes to the apron and kicks Sane. IYO then goes up top and hits a missile dropkick. IYO then hits a running double knee attack in the corner. IYO then goes up top, but Sane knocks him off the turnbuckle. IYO then hits a forearm and Sane goes to the apron. IYO then goes to the turnbuckles and pulls Sane up into a superplex. Sane then hits a headbutt and IYO gets caught in the turnbuckle. Then IYO throws a punch to stop Sane. While the referee was dealing with Sane, Asuka slammed IYO’s head into the ring post.
Rhea Ripley’s music then plays and she headbutts Asuka and Riptide until Jade Cargill hits Rhea from behind. Afterwards, IYO performs a suicide dive on Jade, and Asuka says something to IYO. IYO then hits a kick from the apron and goes up top, but Asuka drops IYO into the turnbuckle. Sane then gets a rollup for the win.

Next, let’s take a look at the Women’s Intercontinental Title Match.
Oba Femi is then seen walking through the dressing room area.
Danhausen then goes outside to photograph the T-shirt.
Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Adam Pearce then descend into the ring to proceed with the second half of the contract signing. Pearce says it’s time for a second signature to make it official. Oba Femi then signs the contract and returns it to Pierce. Oba was then given a microphone and Triple H pointed up the aisle to show Oba that Paul Heyman was there. Paul says he has never seen anyone emerge as the biggest star in front of audiences as quickly as Oba Femi. So Paul said he knew where he was and where he wasn’t. Then Paul said you were going to stay because you were a violent man. Then Paul said you’re the most violent person to come to WWE since Brock Lesnar.
Paul then said you were the fastest rising star to reach the top since Brock Lesnar. Paul then says you are the most impressive athlete, fighter, and martial artist. And Paul said it would be over on Sunday and he would break it up with a Suplex City. Paul then says he will crash in the F5 when he is conquered by Brock Lesnar. So Paul says there is no shame in this loss. Paul then says you’re in the real main event of WrestleMania. And Paul said that when you are conquered and need to rebuild your career, his door is always open to you.
Then the Oba said he was trying his best not to pass through the passage to take you from pillar to post. Then Oba says that the wounds on his body will heal. Oba then says that if he punches Paul, the physical scars will heal, but the emotional scars from punching Brock will remain forever. Then the Oba said that the only door he needed was already open. Oba then announces the door to WrestleMania. Oba then said that you and Brock made an open challenge to anyone who had the courage to step up. Oba then says why should he worry since Brock won’t lose. Oba then says he has four weeks to prove what he can do.
Oba then says that it was never personal. Then, Oba says that he has different business this time. Then Oba said everyone could feel it. Oba then says it’s time to end the beast, you’ve been there all along. The Oba then said that you were a good spokesperson, but you were never an honest person. Oba then says that if you were honest, you would say that your client is scared of him. Oba then says he will win at WrestleMania and defeat Beast. The Oba then says that he is that person and has always been that person. Then Oba says that he is that person and that he knows it. Then Oba says they know that. And Oba says you’ll find out at WrestleMania.
Jevon Evans and Dragon Lee then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night, followed by JD McDonough and Rusev.
Tag match: “Young OG” Jevon Evans and Dragon Lee vs. “Bulgarian Lion” Rusev and Judgment Day’s JD McDonough
The match starts with JD attacking Lee and JD sends Evans to the floor. After that, JD hits Lee with a series of kicks. JD then hits a short arm clothesline. JD then hits a suplex and he floats up for a near fall. JD then sends Lee into the turnbuckle and Rusev makes the tag. Rusev hits a few suplexes and an elbow drop. Rusev then hits a kick to the back. JD then tags in and Rusev hits Lee. JD then hits a belly to back suplex. Rusev then tags in and kicks Lee. Lee throws punches, but Rusev lands a knee. Mr. Lee. Then blocks a powerbomb and counters into Lana. Evans then tags in, jumps over Rusev and hits JD. Evans then hits a flying boot and he hits a suicide dive on J.D.
Evans then punched and kicked Rusev from the apron, and he hit a springboard clothesline. Evans then reverses to avoid JD and Evans drops down to send Rusev to the floor. Evans then kicks Rusev, but Rusev throws a flurry of punches. JD then drags Lee off the apron and sends him into the apron. Then JD hits an Asai moonsault on Lee. Evans then kicks JD to the floor. Evans then goes for a crossbody but Rusev catches him and Rusev hits a fallaway slam into the announce desk. Rusev then hotshot Evans into the announce desk and returned to the ring to beat the count. JD then tags in and tries to suplex Evans back into the ring, but he succeeds.
JD then hits a drop toe hold and leg drop for a near fall. JD then locks him in a reverse chin lock. JD then hits an Irish whip, Rusev tags in, and Evans throws punches and kicks. Rusev then puts Evans on the turnbuckle and Evans struggles to get back to the mat. Rusev then goes for a superplex and Evans hits a headbutt that sends Rusev to the mat. Evans then hits a frog splash, but he can’t capitalize on it due to the distance and impact. Lee then tags in and hits an over the top rope rana on JD. Then we get back in the ring and Lee hits a dragon suplex and a flying kick. Furthermore, JD hits a Spanish fly and aims for a near fall. Evans then hits a rebound round kick on Rusev and a plancha on Rusev past a moving JD. Lee then hits a sunset flip for a near fall, but converts it into a Styles Clash for the win.
The winners of the tag team match are “Young OG” Jevon Evans and Dragon Lee!
After the match, Rusev hit a fallaway slam on Lee, followed by a Uranesi. He then gears up for Accolade, but Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he goes down to the ring and sends Rusev into the ropes. Rusev then hits a clothesline and counters the 619. Penta’s music hits and Penta kicks and chops Rusev. Furthermore, Penta performs a thrust kick from a springboard technique. Rusev then catches Evans off the turnbuckle and hits him. Rusev also hits thrust kicks on JD, Rey, and Penta. Rusev then landed a blow on Lee, who then stomped on his back and applied the Accolade, causing Lee to flip onto his back.
Danhausen and Adam Pearce then meet and he wants to talk to John Cena. Then he said he hoped to meet John. Pierce says he has to call the person back, but Danhausen leaves the room.
Roman Reigns’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Roman then performs in front of the audience and grabs the microphone. Roman then tells the fans to recognize him and they do. Then CM Punk’s music hits and he comes down to the ring through the WWE Universe. Punk said he came here to tell the truth after seeing the smear campaign outside in the cold. Punk then says you can be the jury and the executioner. Punk then told him to tell him when he lied. Roman tells Punk that if he gets in this ring, he doesn’t need a microphone.
Punk then says that the truth is that he hates Roman. Punk then says that he hates Roman because he is jealous of him. Punk then says this is everything he ever wanted. Punk then says that this is the only dream he has had in his heart since he was a child. Punk then says he’s jealous that it was given to you. Punk then says he hates that Roman was champion for 1,316 days. Punk then said that he hates how Roman main-events WrestleMania over and over again. CM Punk then says he hates that he feels that way. He then brings up Sheika’s name and calls him a great wrestler.
Punk then says that he respects the people of the past. CM Punk then says that he hates that he called out his father’s name for nothing. Punk then apologizes to Roman. Punk says he hates the fact that there are multiple royal families in pro wrestling, and he hates that he wasn’t born into a dynasty. Punk then said he was born in backyards and on the boulevards and found his family on the streets. Punk then said he hated the fact that he had to share everything with Roman Reigns, let alone headline WrestleMania’s first single. Punk then says he wasn’t given anything because he had to travel all over the world to make a name for himself. And Punk says he plans to enter WrestleMania 42 as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
Roman Reigns then told CM Punk that these were probably the truest words he had ever heard. Roman then says that he hates CM Punk too. And Roman said he hopes one day, when he’s gone, the WWE Universe will chant his name as long as CM Punk. And Roman says the reality is that CM Punk’s time as WWE World Heavyweight Champion is over. And Roman says it’s all over this Sunday when he becomes the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Roman then promises to fix the mess CM Punk has caused. Roman then told CM Punk that the world would recognize him when he took over. Both men then stare daggers at each other as the show draws to a close.
