Vince McMahon’s next business endeavor has taken shape with the unveiling of its official logo. On July 7th, trademark filings revealed the brand identity of McMahon’s new company, named 14th & I. This bold logo appeared in a fresh application submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, representing his new venture in the entertainment and investment sectors.

The trademark covers a range of services including “Entertainment services, namely the production and development of scripted television and digital programming,” as well as “Private Equity Fund Investment Services; Financial Services, namely, Management of Private Equity Funds, Private Equity Fund Investment Services, Financial Portfolio Management.”

Although McMahon has long been synonymous with professional wrestling, reports indicate that this new company will not currently engage in the wrestling business. McMahon, who stepped down from his role as TKO executive chairman in January 2024 following a lawsuit by former WWE employee Janel Grant, remains a divisive figure. Despite ongoing legal challenges surrounding his legacy, he is determined to rebuild and move forward.

The name 14th & I pays homage to the historic location of Capitol Wrestling Corporation’s first headquarters—the precursor to WWE—situated at the intersection of 14th Avenue and I Street in Washington, DC. Several LLCs have already been established under this name, with former WWE executive Brad Blum appointed as president.

The unveiling of this logo marks another milestone in McMahon’s efforts to branch out into scripted programming and financial ventures. While the specifics of upcoming projects remain unclear, it’s evident McMahon aims to carve a niche well beyond the wrestling world.

Fan Take: This development is significant for WWE fans because it signals McMahon’s shift away from wrestling into broader entertainment and investment realms, which might influence future industry trends. It also leaves open the possibility that his past legacy in wrestling could inspire new creative ventures or rivalries down the line.
