Brody King has not let the internet rewrite his history. He set the record straight for his time on the Kia forum.
July 20, 2025 Episode Hey! (That one) At RJ City, the AEW Star tackled rumors that he once worked as a parking accompanying car park at an iconic venue. According to Brody, it’s not even close to the truth. When RJ cultivated the claim, Brody jumped in and cleaned the air:
“It’s okay. I’ll set the record straight here. I don’t know what happened to this. Yes, I was working in the parking lot at the Kia Forum. Yes, not as a parking attendant.” I was a lighting technician at Union Local 720. So I wasn’t a car park accompanying. ”
RJ City continued to play things and joked:
“You were just wearing camouflage pants and they went to ‘This guy…”
Brody responded with a touch of nostalgia about his early days in the industry.
“And I see the forum being like, ‘Man, it’s cool to do something there someday.’ ”
Now a fixture on AEW TVs, Brodyking can proudly look back at the moment. You don’t need to start with the ring to finish there.
