The third AEW Wrestledream event has been scheduled and will take place this October. Having made its debut in Seattle, Washington in 2023 and returned in 2024 in Tacoma, Washington, the 2025 Wrestledream is set to move to Missouri. According to the St. Louis Business Journal, the event is confirmed for October 18th at Chaifetz Arena on the campus of St. Louis University. AEW’s official Twitter account has also shared this update, announcing that early access to premium tickets will start on July 22nd.

Chaifetz Arena, with a capacity of 10,600, has been the site for previous AEW events such as Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision episodes, as well as the April 2024 AEW Dynasty Pay-Per-View—the first AEW PPV held in Missouri. At that event, Swerve Strickland claimed the world championship by defeating Samoa Joe. As of now, some Wrestledream matches have been announced for 2025, following notable bouts like Jon Moxley’s victory over Bryan Danielson for the World Championship in the 2024 show. However, Moxley has since lost the title and was defeated by “Hangman” Adam Page in a Texas Death Match.

Fan Take: This announcement is exciting for AEW fans as relocating Wrestledream to Missouri signals the company’s continued expansion and commitment to important wrestling markets. It also sets the stage for potentially memorable matches and moments that can shape the future of AEW and professional wrestling.
