Heyman stated, “Did he actually get hurt? No, he never did. Even when I was flying around in the main event, it was all part of Plan B. We’re telling a story here—Mania is about power grabs and domination.”
Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk just minutes after Punk won the WWE World Championship, with Punk being a key rival and the inspiration behind this strategy.
Heyman explained, “Seth Rollins realized that as long as CM Punk was around, or even if Punk saw Rollins win the title, he would never truly become champion. So, Plan B was enacted—Rollins would cash in the briefcase, stay under the radar, and seize his moment.”
