Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s live coverage of the first week of WWE NXT’s Gold Rush event on November 18, 2025, broadcasting live from the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York City.
In tonight’s main event, Tatum Paxley of The Culling will put her NXT Women’s Championship on the line against Jaycee Jayne from Fatal Influence. Paxley previously took the championship from Jayne at the October 25th NXT Halloween Havoc. Despite her stablemate Izzy Dame’s warnings, Paxley agreed to Jayne’s demand for a rematch during a heated exchange on last Tuesday’s NXT.
Additionally, three more titles will be contested. Sol Luka aims to reclaim the Women’s North American Championship from Blake Monroe. Luka was sidelined with a knee injury while Monroe captured the title by defeating Luka’s ally Zarya, who had been defending on Luka’s behalf at Halloween Havoc. Luka insists he has been medically cleared to return, despite concerns from Zarya and NXT general manager Eva.
In tag team action, Dark State’s Osiris Griffin and Deion Lennox face off against Jevon Evans and his partner Slater. After Evans issued the challenge, he and Slater cleverly outmaneuvered Dark State by feigning Slater’s absence from the Performance Center and using a virtual presence during the match.
Finally, Chelsea Green and Ethan Page will defend their AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship against Thea Hale and TNA star Joe Hendry. This will be their first defense since beating AAA’s LA Hiedra and Mr. Iguana at AAA Alianzas on November 2nd. Last week, Hale secured a win over Green’s ally Alba Fire while Green, Page, and Hendry observed ringside.
Fan Take: This event highlights the intense rivalries and high stakes that keep WWE NXT fresh and exciting. The return of injured stars and title rematches not only inject drama but also promise compelling storylines that could shape the future of women’s and tag team wrestling in WWE.
