Nikki Bella has confirmed that her current run with WWE will mark the end of her career as an active wrestler. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the WWE Hall of Famer discussed her recent comeback and future plans, making it clear that no matter how long this stint lasts, it will be her final chapter in the ring.
“I understand that whether this lasts a year or two, it will be my last time. While you never want to say never in this business, I’m trying to be realistic,” she shared.
Nikki also opened up about performing without her twin sister Brie Bella, noting that although she’s done solo runs before, she deeply misses having her sister by her side. She hopes Brie will join her once more so they can conclude their wrestling journeys together.
“It’s tough. I’ve always done things with her, especially since we’re identical twins—it gives me strength. I started wrestling with her, and I want to finish with her—that’s what everyone wishes. It’s great for the fans and this new era, especially with me turning heel. I’m only really tough when I have a sidekick. It’s hard, but I want to end the story with her. Two bad girls are definitely better than one.”
Nikki Bella is set to challenge Stefani Vaquel for the Women’s World Championship at Survivor Series: War Games on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Fan Take: Nikki Bella’s retirement marks the end of an era for WWE fans who have followed her journey alongside Brie for years. Her potential final run not only highlights the importance of legacy in wrestling but also sets the stage for a new generation to rise, making upcoming events like Survivor Series even more significant.
