Bobby Fish is undergoing significant changes in his life and is choosing to be open about them. The former WWE NXT and ROH Tag Team Champion recently shared details about his personal struggles during an appearance on the podcast Wrestling Duo Power Trip with John Poz.

Fish revealed that his relocation from Florida to New York was influenced not just by location but also by his recent divorce from Erin Lane, his wife since July 2022. Known for keeping his personal life private, Fish allowed a glimpse into how much his world has shifted.

He stated, "Yeah, I mean, I came back to New York…really coming off a late divorce and just changing my life. You know, this is a reset for me. I don’t know if New York is going to be the next 20 years or the next two months."

Fish admitted the emotional impact of the divorce was more intense than he anticipated. He explained, "I leave things open-ended, and I’m just trying to figure it out. Like divorce was a lot more disturbing than I ever expected. It wasn’t like I expected it. I was like, ‘Oh, divorce, that’s going to be fun.’ It will just… shake you up. So I have to pick up the pieces."

He has two daughters from a previous relationship, and while he didn’t go into detail about his family, it’s clear this period marks a time for personal and professional rebuilding. Fish is focusing on growing his YouTube channel and podcast, Where’s the Lie?, signaling a potential new path both in and out of wrestling.
