Reigns noted the long journey since his last win, stating, “I didn’t come here for nothing. It’s been a long day of travel since Miami. I haven’t been able to pull it off in over 10 years now. For a long time, I felt like I was the gatekeeper or the runner-up.” He acknowledged past challenges but expressed confidence, saying, “This is me. The Royal Rumble is about not getting thrown out, so I’ll keep my center of gravity low and hold on if necessary, but my plan is to dominate and leave the competition behind.”
Looking ahead to WrestleMania, Reigns remained optimistic, saying, “We’ve got a lot of time until Mania, so we’ll jump right in and get comfortable.” Despite the challenges of the season, he affirmed, “We’ll be fine.”
