Roman Reigns shared his thoughts on the possibility of winning the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble during an interview on The Pat McAfee Show, just one day before the event scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion reflected on his chances of securing his second Rumble victory, having first won the match in 2015.

Reigns noted the long journey since his last win, stating, “I didn’t come here for nothing. It’s been a long day of travel since Miami. I haven’t been able to pull it off in over 10 years now. For a long time, I felt like I was the gatekeeper or the runner-up.” He acknowledged past challenges but expressed confidence, saying, “This is me. So many signs point to this moment.” He also emphasized the fans’ eagerness for new achievements, adding, “I think we’re at a place where the fans are hungry for more. I’ve set us up to break records and achieve success. The fans know exactly what to expect from me.”

When asked about his current physical condition for the Royal Rumble, Reigns replied, “We’re always strong. It’s a result of genetics and hard work in the gym. The Royal Rumble is about not getting thrown out, so I’ll keep my center of gravity low and hold on if necessary, but my plan is to dominate and leave the competition behind.”

Looking ahead to WrestleMania, Reigns remained optimistic, saying, “We’ve got a lot of time until Mania, so we’ll jump right in and get comfortable.” Despite the challenges of the season, he affirmed, “We’ll be fine.”
