AEW Clash Results (January 31, 2026): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show begins with commentary that welcomes us and they hype up tonight’s lineup as we head to ringside for the first match of the night. Darby Allin then makes his way down to the ring, only to be blindfolded by Clark Connors on the ramp. Connors then sends Darby into the ring to start this match.
Single match: Darby Allin vs. Clark Connors
The match begins with Clark getting a near fall on an early attack and quickly sending Darby into the corner to do more damage. A hammer throw then sends Allin across the ring, but Connors takes a boot to the face. Darby then caught Clarke off guard and went for a code red, but all he got was a two. Darby then grabs Connors and goes to the ropes, but gets dropped out of bounds.
Clark then kicks him out of the ring and sends him into the guardrail. He then props Darby up on the apron, puts on a running boot, and slams him to the floor. Connors then goes for a chop on Darby, but Darby fires back from the guardrail as the referee continues to count. Darby then slipped into the ring just enough to break the count, but Clark immediately started working on Darby.
Connors then charges Darby into the corner and hits a back body drop that knocks Darby to the mat. He then moved to the top, with a two-point lead over Allin. Darby then counters with a right hand from the apron, but he steals the spear from Conor and slams him to the apron, sending him to the floor. Clark then stood up and set up a ring step similar to what Gabe Kidd did before breaking the referee’s count. Darby then left the ring for a belly-to-belly suplex on the steps, but Darby managed to escape. Clark then caught Darby and gave him an Irish whip behind the stairs, but Darby avoided it by jumping over. He then ran up the stairs for what looked like a missile dropkick, slamming Connors to the floor.
Connors tries to run away from Darby, but Darby gets back in the ring and hits a dive, sending Clark back to the floor. The match then returns to the ring where Connors corners Darby and tries to fight him. He then ends up spearing Darby, but it only works if he is about to fall. Connors then locks in a Straight Jacket Clutch instead and Darby tries to escape but is driven to the mat by Connors for a two count. Clark fights back some more, but Darby hits a reverse DDT. He then goes up top, only for Conor to fend him off and Darby puts him in a Scorpion Deathlock. Clark then tries to fight, but ends up tapping out.
Single match winner Darby Allin!
After the match, Darby vows to rise to the top of AEW. Before he can call MJF, he is attacked by a man in a black hoodie. That man was Gabe Kidd. Gabe and Connors then set up the steps and pounded him chest-first into a relentless steel. They then leave the stairs over Darby’s emaciated body. Kid then says that Darby claims that he is done with Death Rider, but that he has no involvement in Death Rider’s work. Kid then says he’s here on Kid’s business and won’t stop until Darby pushes up the daisies. The Kid vows to be the man to end Darby Allyn. Kidd and Connors then finally let up and headed to the back as officials checked on Darby.
Next, we get a video package showing Kris Statlaender and Babes of Wrath tackling the Triangle of Madness ahead of the Women’s World Tag Team Championship match later tonight.
We then headed to the backside where Jetspeed addressed the Don Callis family and said they were motivated to take on the challenge as it was difficult, strong and Jetspeed Rodeo and they were looking to add a gold medal.
CRU then goes down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by The Rascals.
Tag match: The Rascals (Desmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz) vs. CRU (Lio Rush, Action Andretti)
The match starts with Xavier and Rush, with Rush holding Xavier down with a side headlock. Xavier then reverses, but Rush escapes and each man drives into the ropes until Xavier hits a headscissors and sends Rush to the mat. Rush then flies to the ropes, but is hit by a dropkick from Xavier, giving him a split. Rush then got mixed up in the chaos and fell into the wrong corner, and Wentz teamed up with Xavier for a Bronco Buster for a near fall.
He then tags Andretti and CRU double teams him and gets a two count. Wentz then fights back with an arm drag, but is carried into the CRU corner by Andretti. A tag is then made to Rush as the pair double-teams Wentz, but he counters with a crossbody from the corner. Xavier then tries a dive, but CRU dodges and Wentz hits him with a torneo.
CRU then fought Xavier in the ring and got a two count. Then Xavier fights back and tries to tag Wentz. He and Andretti then teamed up and Wentz caught Andretti off guard and sent him to the canvas. He then hits a knee kick in the corner, followed by a snap mare, PK, and a standing shooting star press, only for Andretti to kick out and get a two count. Rush comes in and it’s a battle between all four until CRU sends Rascals out of the area and double dives.
Rush then moves Wentz away from the ring and Andretti hits a cutter for a close two count. CRU then goes for a double suplex, but Wentz assists and stops him before he can hit CRU with a series of kicks. Attempts to stop this only resulted in CRU being sent to the corner as Xavier and Wentz continued to battle, winning with a moonsault assist known as the Hot Fire Flame.

The match starts with Cassidy and Medina, with Cassidy quickly gaining the upper hand and sending Medina out of the ring. Monroe then enters the ring and argues with Cassidy, but Cassidy responds with a “dangerous” kick to Monroe’s shin, and Storm breaks in with a shotgun dropkick. When Medina gets in the ring, Monroe is sent into the corner and hits a hip attack, but Cassidy hits a DDT. Furthermore, Storm’s hip attack and Cassidy’s orange punch won.
The winners of the mixed tag team match are “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy of The Conglomeration and “Timeless” Toni Storm of Timeless Love Bombs!
After the match, Cassidy and Storm are attacked by Yuta Wheeler and Marina Shafir. Marina then puts Cassidy in a full nelson and Wheeler asks questions, but Cassidy cannot hear him. Cassidy says, “Sorry, I can’t hear you because my hair is in the way!” Wheeler then laughs and hits him in the forehead with the microphone. Shafir then traps him in Mother’s Milk and Yuta grabs the scissors. Before Yuta can do anything, Storm makes the save. They then send Death Rider to the floor and Storm grabs the mic. She then challenges them in a mixed tag Hair vs. Hair match on February 14, where whoever is pinned or submitted will go bald.
Then we head to the back where Eddie Kingston and Ortiz try to crush some beef with some grizzled young veterans. Instead, they are blindsided by Big Bill and Brian Keith. The gray-haired young veteran then confirmed that there will be a brawl in the parking lot between them and Kingston and Ortiz at next week’s Collision. We then learn that a young gray-haired veteran requested this when paying his bounty before leaving.

Brisco then fights back and drops Ciampa to the mat before hitting a Froggy Bow, but Ciampa gets his shoulder up and it’s just a two man fight. Jay Driller is then blocked as Ciampa sends Brisco into the corner, but Brisco props himself up on the turnbuckle and reverses Ciampa with a few strikes, but Ciampa slams him to the mat with the Psycho Driller. Ciampa then goes for a cover, but Brisco manages to kick out at two.
Briscoe and Ciampa then fight on the floor, with Briscoe bringing out a table. Ciampa then leaves him on top of it and nails him in the jaw with a running knee. Ciampa then stands on the table as Brisco slowly returns to the ring and climbs to the top rope. When he turned around, Briscoe smashed his Froggy Bow into the table. Brisco then avoids a knee kick in the ring and nails Ciampa with a DVD. Brisco hits another Froggy Bow on a standing Ciampa, and Brisco goes for the Jade Driller. AEW International Championship Match: Don Callis Family’s “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Adam Priest
The match begins with Okada slamming Priest to the floor with a leaping missile dropkick. As Priest fell from the top rope, Okada fell to his knees and screamed, drawing the referee’s attention. This allows Rocky Romero to leave commentary, rush to the ring, and blindside Priest.
Okada was still in control and dodged Priest’s charges in the corner, only to take a few hits. Priest then slams Okada to the mat and hits him with a German suplex. He climbs onto the turnbuckle again, but Okada rolls out of the ring and takes a breather. Romero tried to intervene as the referee was distracted, but was sent to the floor. It was enough of a distraction for Okada to blind Priest, but Priest fights back and hits Okada’s knee. Alabama Jam hits a leg drop from the top and Priest gets a near fall on Okada. He then caught Okada in a figure four in the center of the ring. Okada scratches and scratches some more and finally reaches the ropes.
