The first two WWE Superstars to secure their spots for this year’s Elimination Chamber match have been officially announced. Last Saturday, Roman Reigns and Liv Morgan emerged victorious in the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches, respectively, earning them guaranteed world title opportunities at WrestleMania 42.

On Monday’s Raw, it was confirmed that Roman Reigns will challenge World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk at WrestleMania. Consequently, the winner of the men’s Elimination Chamber will face Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre at the event. On the women’s side, Liv Morgan has yet to decide whether she will challenge Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquel or WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, with the stipulation that the Elimination Chamber winner will take on the other champion.

During tonight’s SmackDown, the first qualifiers for the Elimination Chamber took place, featuring both men’s and women’s triple threat matches. In the women’s match, Tiffany Stratton pinned Chelsea Green, earning her spot in the Chamber alongside Chambers. The men’s qualifying match between Randy Orton, Solo Sikoa, and Aleister Black is still underway, and the outcome will be updated once decided.

It was also revealed that Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu will compete in next week’s qualifying matches, while Monday’s Raw will include more qualifiers with Rhea Ripley among the confirmed participants.

Fan Take: This news is huge for WWE fans as it sets the stage for high-stakes rivalries leading into WrestleMania, one of the biggest events in wrestling. The outcomes of these qualifiers and matchups could dramatically shift the landscape of WWE, promising thrilling storylines and intense competition in the months ahead.
