The WWE name made its final television appearance before officially departing the company later this week. Recently, NXT interviewer Kelly Kincaid, whose real name is Kelly Barbill, revealed she will be leaving WWE once her contract ends on February 14th. Barbill mentioned that WWE did not offer her a contract renewal. Despite this news, she continued to appear on the February 10th episode of NXT.

Her last interview featured Sean Legacy, who later issued a challenge to Keanu Carver for a match scheduled in Atlanta two weeks afterward. Following the show, Kincaid shared a post with the caption: Kelly Kincaid – Approved. Before joining WWE, Barbill performed on the independent circuit and in ROH under the name Quinn McKay, working both as an interviewer and a wrestler.

Although she never competed as a wrestler in WWE, she mainly served as an interviewer on NXT and also worked as a ring announcer until the NXT Level Up show was replaced by Evolve. Barbill is currently in a relationship with SmackDown star Elton Prince, who has been sidelined for about a year due to a neck injury. The couple welcomed their first child in September 2024. We wish Kelly Barbill all the best in her future endeavors.

Fan Take: Kelly Kincaid’s departure marks the end of an era for WWE’s NXT broadcast team and highlights the company’s evolving direction in its talent roster.
