The show begins with a welcome from Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness as The Rascals descend into the ring for the first match of the night. FTR then makes his way down to the ring with Stokely.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax the Ax Harwood) (c) vs. The Rascals (Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz)

The match starts with Zachary Wentz and Cash Wheeler, Wentz gets a takedown on Wheeler but quickly gets back to his feet. Both men then lock up in the center of the ring, with Wheeler pushing Wentz into the corner. Dax Harwood then tags in. Harwood puts Wentz down with a headlock, but quickly gets back to his feet. Harwood then grabs Wentz, but takes him down with an armbar. Harwood then slaps Wentz and bites him in the jaw. Wentz then slapped Harwood as soon as he went to the floor. Harwood then gives the ringside fan the middle finger. Then Xavier gets tagged. Harwood and Harwood then lock up as Harwood chops Xavier, Xavier fights back with a forearm blow to the face but Harwood fights back and Xavier is sent flying to the floor.

The referee was then distracted as Stokely strangled Xavier. FTR then double-teams Xavier, but Wentz jumps over the ropes with a giant tornado and lands on FTR. Afterwards, fans go crazy over this big move. Xavier then chops Harwood and sends him face-first into the steel steps. Xavier then rolls Harwood into the ring and covers him, but Harwood kicks out at two. Wentz then tagged in as he came off the top and landed on Harwood, covering him for just a two count. Wentz struggles in FTR’s corner. Harwood then leads Wentz to the floor and out of nowhere, Wheeler drops Wentz with a big lariat.

FTR attacks Wentz, but Wentz manages to reach his partner. Xavier then fires at Harwood and Wheeler, attacking them with fast blows and nailing Harwood with a huge cutter from a combination. Harwood then managed to cut him off with a devastating clothesline, but was unable to keep either of the Rascals on his back for long. The Rascals then both grab FTR and go for a double sunset flip pin, but it only works for a two count. After two suicide dives, Xavier and Wentz hit a frog splash/Swanton Bomb combination on Harwood, but were unable to secure the pinfall.

Wentz then dodged a backslide and caught Harwood at the ropes, and Harwood barely kicked out. Harwood then took a knee and hit the Hot Fire Flame, and FTR nailed Wentz with the EVP Trigger, only to get a nearfall. The Rascals then manage to thwart the Meltzer driver’s attempt. Harwood then hits Wentz with a handspring off the ropes. After that, FTR won with a shutter machine.

Then we head inside. There, HOOK is still trying to recruit members for The Opps. Then Anthony Bowens comes in and says, considering what Hook said last week, he could be a murderer. There, HOOK instructs Shibata to take the camera away. Hook then finds someone and asks them if they want to be a wrestler. The man then says “yes” as the hook strangles him.

The winner of the singles match is Daniel Garcia of Death Riders!

After the match, Brisco offered Ciampa a handshake, but Ciampa became furious and interrupted him with a slap. FTR then goes down to the ring and gets Brisco back, seemingly getting revenge for Wednesday. Brisco then decides to stand by Ciampa in an attempt to calm the situation. Ciampa and Brisco then left together, but fans are not happy with the situation. Ciampa then turns on Brisco. Ciampa grabbed his head and sent him into the giant screen. Ciampa then spits on his bandana under his gear and wipes his butt with it, then a big knee sends Brisco sprawling and FTR is happy with this.
