Tonight’s WWE RAW, airing on April 6, 2026, promises an action-packed night live from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. WWE RAW Results (4/6/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens with a meet and greet from Michael Cole and Corey Graves, and will see appearances by several WWE Superstars, including World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, who will be announced later in the broadcast.
However, CM Punk’s music hit and he came down to the ring. Punk then sits in the ring and the crowd can chant in support of him. Punk then starts by saying that Houston is a wrestling town. Punk then says that there is a lot of history in pro wrestling. Punk then said that although he had a great moment in this ring, there is a ghost of what should have happened. Then Punk says this is Paul Bosch country. Punk then says that he loves listening to stories about people from the past. Punk says he can’t help but compare himself to them and wonder how they would have handled the situation. Punk then says what Harley Race would do. Punk then says that dreams are good, but only when you’re awake.
Punk then says he woke up and asks the question he always asks. Punk then says Roman Reigns isn’t here tonight. Punk then said that two weeks ago, with the help of his cousin, he powerbombed the announce desk. Punk then walked around as if he were the king of the world. Punk then says he couldn’t wait to get revenge. Punk then shows up at MSG without his cousin, holding the title belt, and says he has exacted his revenge. Punk then said he let Roman go through the announce desk by himself. Punk then says that Roman told him that he hates him. Then Punk says it’s good. Punk then says that if Roman hates him, then he’s right where he’s supposed to be. Punk then says he’s checking for cheating. Punk then says that being hated by the losers is the price of not being one of them.
Punk then places the title belt on the table and tells the crowd to keep shouting Roman and maybe Roman will show up. Punk then says that it’s the old man who showed up. Then punk is called old, not weak. Punk then says that Roman hates him and he knows why. Punk then says he wants to explain to everyone who came out tonight why he hates Roman Reigns.
Punk then gets on the announce desk. Punk then says WrestleMania is the biggest show of the year. Punk then says we both have the tools to climb to the top of this sporting ladder. Punk then says that his tools are man-made, honed through hard work and spite. Punk then says your gear was bought at a store and given to you. Then the punks say they are plastic. Punk then says he was too young and stupid to understand. Punk then says he’s too old and rich to care. Then Punk says he sent you to Jimmy Fallon because you’re safe and boring and sweet. Punk then says it’s dangerous because he doesn’t know what to say. Punk makes 12 movies and never misses a day, but you’re using it as a crutch so people can boo you just because you’re not here.
Punk then says that if he bothers to come, he’ll be late and have to leave early. Then Punk says you puff out your chest like The Rock. Then Punk says at least The Rock is a Hollywood superstar. Punk then says The Rock was a superstar. Punk then says that his fat cousin is not on the board of directors. Punk then says he’s not surrounding himself to keep him from the truth. Punk then says that his father didn’t give him a preferential job because he wasn’t good at football. Punk then says he fought and got it all, and that you’re just a buck-toothed guy who ate dog food for some weird old man. Punk then says that the strange old man treated him like a dog and expected him to smile. Punk then says he has run out of money and has decided to quit. Punk then says he can’t control him like he controls his cousin.
Punk then asks if we’re still having fun. Punk tells him to be careful what he wishes for when he gives him a pipe bomb. Punk then says he’ll give it to everyone tonight. Then Punk says Pat McAfee. Then the punk says you didn’t whip an armed hillbilly. Punk then says he thinks it’s okay to come to his office and talk trash. Punk then says he cashed the check that couldn’t be cashed. Punk then says that if he wants to complain about ticket sales, he should just call his stupid agent and tell him to lower the ticket price. Punk then says that no one would kick a soccer ball for a living putting donkeys on seats. Punk then says he wants all of these families to be at Roman’s throat at WrestleMania, so lower the ticket price. Punk then drops the mic.
We then see IShowSpeed ask Danhausen to end the curse. He then mentions what happened. Danhausen then says that if he gives her the house, he can lift the curse. Adam Pearce shows up and asks what he’s doing here. Speed then says that he knows he sacrificed the Usos, but he needs some advice. Pierce then told Speed to go home. Austin Theory and Logan Paul then appear and tell Speed not to listen to Dr. Evil. Logan says Knight’s actions will not be tolerated. Then speed says go. Then Logan says that the Usos, the Knights, and everyone else hate him. Logan then says that Speed is safe with them.
Vision and IShowSpeed then descend into the ring for the first match of the night, followed by LA Night.
Single match: The Vision’s WWE World Tag Team Champion Austin Theory vs. “The Megastar” LA Knight
The match begins with both men locked up and Knight pushes Theory into the turnbuckle. They then lock up again and Theory sends Knight to the mat. Knight then hits a hip toss and slam. Knight hits another slam and Theory falls to the floor. Theory then returns to the ring and locks up again. Theory then punches Knight into the corner and slams him into the turnbuckle. Theory then hits a series of back elbows. Theory then hits a suplex and goes for a near fall. Theory hits an Irish whip and Knight hits a clothesline from the corner. Theory then falls to the floor and hits a dropkick over the ropes. Knight theory clotheslines him over the ringside barrier and poses for Knight.
Knight then sends Theory back over the barrier at ringside. Theory then sends Knight into the ring post and Theory poses at the barrier at ringside. Theory then sends Knight’s head into the apron. They then get back in the ring and Knight lands a punch. Theory then hits an Irish whip and a clothesline in the corner. Then the theory packs a punch. Theory then ties Knight up in the ropes. Knight then continued with punches and shoulder tackles. Knight then hits a sunset flip for a near fall. Theory then hits a back elbow. Theory then punches Knight several times. Knight then blocks several suplex attempts. He then tries a suplex and goes back and forth, then Knight stands up and hits a neckbreaker.
Knight then throws a flurry of punches and hits a clothesline. Knight then hits a side Russian leg sweep, sending Theory into the turnbuckles and hitting a leaping neckbreaker for a near fall. Theory then hits a punch and a rolling blockbuster for a near fall. Theory then shoulders Knight, but Knight escapes and clotheslines Theory over the top rope to the floor. Knight then goes to the floor and looks at Logan. Knight then sends Theory’s head into the announce desk multiple times.
Logan then distracts Knight and he says a few words about iShowSpeed. Knight then brings Theory back into the ring and Logan pushes Speed into Knight against the apron. Knight then chases Speed and chases him down the hallway. The Usos music then plays and Speed is ruined. Speed then jumps over Knight and enters the ring, where Knight grabs Speed. Logan then gets on the apron and Knight takes Logan off the apron with a clothesline. Theory then gets a rollup and a handful of tights for the win.
The winner of the singles match is Vision’s WWE World Tag Team Champion Austin Theory!
After the match, Speed is alone in the ring with Knight and The Usos. Speed says he didn’t do anything. Jay then grabs Speed and Jimmy tells him to do so and prepares 1D, but Logan pulls Speed to safety. Knight then picks up the microphone. He then tells them not to go anywhere. He also wants Adam Pearce to appear.
And if you look at the guys who got in the ring with him, they say they were stripped of their titles because of their speed. And he says his speed cost him his match against Austin Theory. Then Knight says there’s a perfect place for a match this big. Then he said he was talking about WrestleMania. Then he said about Logan Paul, Austin Theory, IShowSpeed vs. The Usos, and him. Pearce, who was on stage, looked around and asked Knight if he wanted to do a six-man tag team match at WrestleMania. Pierce then asks Logan if he is willing to do it. Pearce then says Speed should have stayed home, but now he’s going to WrestleMania.

We then see Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller arguing while Finn Balor walks out.
Then we see Jackie Redmond and Los Americanos. Rayo says there will be no Americans at WrestleMania and Rayo says you made a big mistake. And Bravo talks about tonight’s opponent. Grande then says that the IC title match would be a shame without Grande Americano. Then he says something should be done about it.
J.D. McDonough then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Finn Balor.
Single match: Finn Balor vs. JD McDonagh from Judgment Day
The match begins with Dominik Mysterio attacking Finn Balor from behind and Finn Balor striking the Finn pose. Finn then punches Dominik and Dominik kicks JD, sending JD into the ring post. Finn then punches Dominik and Finn sends Dominik into the ring. Finn then hits a back elbow on Dominik and Finn kicks Dominik. Finn then kicked JD, sending JD flying over the top rope to the floor. Dominik then hits Finn from behind with the title belt. JD then handed Dominic a chair and he hit Finn in the back with it. JD then kicks Finn and Dominic puts a chair on Finn. Dominik then points to the WrestleMania sign.
Singles match ends in no contest!
Next, we get a video package with AJ Lee and Becky Lynch.
Michael Cole said AJ Lee is a trailblazer and he can’t believe he’s sitting across from her in their first WrestleMania match in 12 years. Becky Lynch then interrupted and insulted Cole, who asked a softball question. Cole then tells Becky he doesn’t need it and he leaves. Then Becky says she was right, she can’t believe she’s sitting here. Becky then asks if AJ reminds her of the last WrestleMania she saw. Then Becky said you acted under false pretenses. Then Becky said she saw your replacement. Then Becky said the next day you quit because you knew she was coming. Becky then says she won’t have home field advantage at WrestleMania.
AJ then tells Becky to underestimate her. AJ then says he’s proud of Becky. And AJ said he’s proud of what Becky has done for the locker room and the industry. AJ then says nothing will happen because he broke the glass ceiling. AJ then says that there is no one to replace him. AJ says he was still calling her 10 years later. AJ then says that her fans haven’t forgotten about her. AJ then says he knows who she is. AJ then says she is the Women’s Intercontinental Champion. When AJ puts her daughter to bed, AJ asks Becky who her favorite wrestler is, but she refuses to say his name. Then AJ said her name was AJ Lee. AJ then leaves and Becky becomes angry.
Bayley then goes down to the ring for her next match against Lyra Valkyria, followed by the Irresistible Force.
Single match: Bayley vs. Irresistible Force WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions “The Boosie Bully” Rush Legend
The match begins with a lockup between both fighters, with Rush sending Bayley to the floor. Nia then says a few words to Bayley. Bayley then returns to the ring and kicks Rush. Rush then shoves Bayley. Rush misses a splash into the corner and Bayley lands a flurry of punches. Rush then sends Bayley to the apron and Bayley hits a few knee lifts. Bayley then went to the turnbuckle and was met with a chop as she came down. Rush then hits a bicycle kick and Bayley falls to the floor. Rush then sends Bayley into the announce desk. Rush then sends Bayley into the ring post.
They then return to the ring. Rush then kicks Bayley and hits a splash for a near fall. Rush then hits some forearms. Bayley hits another forearm and Rush hits an Irish whip. Bayley then goes for a rollup, but Rush doesn’t get past her and Rush hits a kick that slams Bayley’s head into the mat. Rush then hits a series of shoulder tackles. Rush then gets a near fall. Rush then applies a frontal lock. Bayley then hits a cutter on the ropes followed by some kicks. Bayley then goes for a sunset flip powerbomb, but Rush blocks it and sends Bayley into the turnbuckle and hits a Uranage backbreaker for a near fall. Bayley then blocks a powerbomb and she counters with a rana. Rush then gets a near fall. Rush then misses a splash and Bayley hits a forearm.
Rush then misses a bicycle kick and gets caught in the ropes. Bayley then hits a kick and a dropkick to send Rush into the corner. Bayley then hits a knee and she hits an elbow drop to the back of the neck for a near fall. Nia then trips Bayley when the referee isn’t looking. Rush then goes for a shoulder in the corner, but Bayley moves and Rush hits the ring post. Nia then catches Lyla and sends her to the apron. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss then attack Nia. Bayley then hits a crossbody on Nia, Charlotte and Alexa. Rush then hits a forearm to Bayley on the turnbuckle. Rush then goes to the turnbuckle and sets up for a superplex. Laila then grabbed her ankle with a superplex and as Bayley floated up, Laila grabbed her leg allowing Bayley to pick up the win.

Next, let’s take a look back at what happened to WWE Hall of Famers Paul Heyman, Seth Rollins, and Gunther.
Danhausen then comes out to greet the WWE Universe. He says he has good news. Danhausen then visited WWE headquarters last week and said he was proud to have won the Slammy Award. Danhausen then says he has a list of people he would like to thank. He then named Steve Cole, The Undertaker, Cody Rhodes, Triple H, and Vanhausen. And he says it’s time to thank the WWE Universe. Danhausen then marches to the ring. He then unleashes the goods through the cannon.
We then head over to commentary from Michael Cole and Corey Graves. Cole said it will be the first WrestleMania without the late, great Hulk Hogan. Cole then promotes Hulk Hogan’s upcoming documentary.
Seth Rollins’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Seth then grabbed the mic and started talking about how the WWE Universe was waiting for him to sing his song. Seth then attempts to rally the WWE Universe. And he says he’s back. Seth then previews his match with Gunther at WrestleMania 42. Seth then says he’s still trying to put the pieces together to understand how he got here. Seth then says that he and Ring General don’t have a long history. Seth then says that he doesn’t think they have any personal issues, but that he thinks Gunther may have had some kind of business relationship with Paul Heyman.
Seth then says he has two missions in mind, one of which is to regain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, which he has never lost. Seth then says he wants to kill Vision. Seth then says half of Vision is on the shelf and Paul Heyman will keep it for himself. Seth then takes credit for putting Brock Lesnar on Oba Femi’s silver plate. Seth then calls Oba Femi the future of WWE. Seth then turns his attention to Gunther. Seth then says that while it may be business for Gunther, it’s personal for him.
Then Gunter appears from behind. Gunther then goes for a Sleeper’s Hold, but Seth counters. He then hits a big boot into Gunther’s face. Seth then tries to do a suicide dive, but Gunther catches him in mid-air and sends him across the announce desk. Seth then pounds on Gunther. Adam Pearce then went out with some officials to separate the two and Guenther hit the big boot.
Gunther then walked through the back and stopped to smile with Paul Heyman. Paul then says there’s nothing personal between him and Seth, so he doesn’t understand why he would do what he did at Madison Square Garden. Paul said he was very grateful to Gunther. Gunther said it’s personal to Seth because it’s personal to Seth as well. Gunther then shakes Paul’s hand and pulls him close to him, telling him that he owes Paul more than a great deal of gratitude.
Next, let’s take a look at what happened between Liv Morgan and Stefanie Vachel last week. Stephanie Vaquere says if you’re stupid enough to joke about your mom and you want to play dirty, she’ll play dirty. Then Vakel says you’re a stupid bastard who talks a lot but says nothing. Vaquel then says that he needs to resolve his father’s issues with Dominique. And Vakele says she’s here to inspire women every day to carve their own path. Vaquel then says he can’t tell it’s from her, and the same goes for Roxanne. Vachel then says she will never touch the women’s championship. Vakel then says that he will take Liv to a place where no one can follow her.
Penta, Dragon Lee, and Jevon Evans then go down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Los Americanos.
6-man tag match: WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta, Dragon Lee and “The Young OG” Jevon Evans vs. The Americans (El Grande Americano, Bravo Americano, Rayo Americano)
The match begins with Bravo putting Lee in a side headlock and trading shoulder tackles. Lee then hits Bravo with a headscissors. Lee then tries to get Bravo to his feet, but Bravo gets to his feet. Lee then avoids an O’Connor roll and Rayo tags in and kicks Lee for a dance. Evans also tags in and hits a dropkick and jumping cutter. Evans then hits a slingshot headscissors. Grande then tags in and slams Evans face-first into the mat before kicking him. Rayo and Bravo then pull Penta and Lee out of the turnbuckles. Evans then hits a crossbody. Then Lee and Penta hit double superkicks. Then Evans hits a plancha and Lee hits a suicide dive. Then Penta hits a flip dive.
Penta and Grande are now legitimate in the match and they lock up. Grande then gives him a clean break, goes for the legs, punches Penta, and gets on top of Penta for more punches. Penta then hits a kick and Lee and Rayo make a tag. They then exchange kicks and Lee escapes an X-Plex attempt. Bravo then tags in and so does Evans. Evans then lands a jab. Bravo then sends Evans flying into the air and kicks him in the ribs. Bravo then hits a punch and Rayo tags in and hits the wishbone. Furthermore, Rayo hits a series of chops and punches. Grande then tags in and kicks Evans into the corner. Grande then hits a short arm clothesline for a near fall.
Evans and Grande go down and Rayo and Penta make a tag. Penta hits a kick and a wraparound bulldog. Penta then hits a backbreaker on Bravo. Penta then hits a double DDT on Rayo and Bravo. Lee also tags in and hits a hesitant dropkick on Rayo. Lee then goes for a Styles Clash but Rayo makes the save. Grande then hits a headbutt on Lee. Rayo then tags in and hits a diving headbutt. Bravo then hits a diving headbutt for a near fall. Grande then hits an enzuigiri on Penta. Evans then hits Grande with a rebound roundhouse kick. Rayo then stops Evans with a cutter. Lee then hits a double stomp on Rayo and a Styles Clash on Bravo. Evans then tags in and hits superkicks on Rajo and Grande. Lee then hits a rana who bounces over the top rope to the floor. Penta then hits a Destroyer on Rajo on the apron. Evans then hit Bravo with an OG cutter for the win.

After the match, Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Ray asks how everyone is doing. Then he said he had to go outside to say how great it was to watch Penta’s journey. He also said that the ladder match has the potential to be one of the best ladder matches. He also said that he missed WrestleMania last year due to injury. He then said that he spoke to Adam Pearce and talked about the one person missing from the match and that person being Rey Mysterio. Penta then tells Rei to make history.
Next, let’s take a look back at what Cody Rhodes said on SmackDown.
Later, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY are seen warming up backstage. They are scheduled to be active later tonight. We then see Leah and IYO hugging each other and Maxine Dupri talking to Austin Theory in the background.
Kathy Kelly is in the interview area with Bayley and Lyra Valkyrie. She asks Bayley about her win tonight. Laila asks if she is getting everyone’s attention. And she said what you saw tonight is a taste of what’s going to happen at WrestleMania. And she said they are the division’s biggest threat and will win the title. Then Bailey said we know how much those titles mean to her. She then says she will do whatever it takes. And she said they were tired of sitting in the back and waiting their turn. Then she said she doesn’t care who you are because you can call her a future tag team champion.
Next, we look back at last week’s Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi.
Asuka then cuts a promo, telling IYO SKY that they were family, but that he tried to take everything away from her. Asuka then says that your selfishness has destroyed your family. Asuka said you tried to tear Kairi Sane apart. And Asuka said she came to WWE to pave the way for you and Kairi. Asuka then says that she sacrificed everything to give you the best chance. Asuka then says that she never expected IYO to thank her. Asuka then says that she did it for love and that she loved IYO too much. Then Asuka said that she took advantage of my kindness. Asuka then says that IYO used her and now she has to pay. Then Asuka said, “You’ve always been my senior.” Asuka then says that she will teach her one last lesson in the ring. Asuka then says that she will take everything away from IYO.
Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night, followed by Michin and B-Fab along with WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill.
Tag match: RHIYO (“The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley & “The Genius of the Sky” IYO SKY) vs. Michin & B-Fab
The match starts with B-Fab and Rhea Ripley, with Rhea blocking Fab’s kick. Rhea then hits a clothesline and punches. Rea then hits a facebuster and a clothesline. Rhea then brings Michin into the ring and hits a thrust kick. Rhea then sends Michin to the floor. Fab then hits a bicycle kick and she punches Rhea. Fab then hits an elbow in the corner. Rhea then hits a forearm on Fab, and Fab hits a DDT with a float over for a near fall. Fab then applies a rear chin lock. Rhea then hits a kick, IYO tags in, gets a victory roll and hits a double stomp on Michin. Meechin then hits an Irish whip and IYO goes to the apron and kicks Meechin.
IYO then drops Fab onto the top rope, IYO goes up top and hits a double missile dropkick, then reverses and hits an ear gimmick. Furthermore, IYO decides to do a suicide dive on Mi Ching and Fab. IYO and Mi Chin then return to the ring and Mi Chin escapes a slam but she blocks Lana. Mi Chin then hits a sitout powerbomb for a near fall. Michin then hits a punch but she gets a near fall. Fab also tags in and hits a double suplex, resulting in a near fall on Fab. Fab then hits an Irish whip and a knee kick to the corner. Furthermore, IYO avoids a knee kick in the corner and rounds it up for a near fall. Fab then experiences something else near the fall. After that, Michin tags in and Michin squeezes Tarantula. Mi Chin then nearly falls. Michin then chokes IYO with the ropes.
Fab then tags in and chokes IYO in the ropes. Fab then hits a sliding clothesline for a near fall. IYO then hits a jawbreaker and Fab blocks IYO’s tag. Fab then hits a clothesline and she says some words to Rhea. Fab then hit Rhea on the apron and the referee had to hold Rhea back, so Michin joined in the attack on IYO. The referee then sees Michin in the ring and while she argues with Fab and Michin, Jade pulls Rhea off the apron. Michin then slams into the ringpost and IYO gets a victory roll on Fab for the win.

After the match, Fab, Jade, and Mi Chin attack IYO. Michin then obtains a kendo stick and Rhea recovers and chases Jade. Jade then hits a bicycle kick. Michin and Fab then pin Rhea in the corner and Jade gives Rhea some words. Jade then hits IYO several times with a kendo stick. Jade then hits Jaded with an IYO.
Finn Balor then cut a promo and congratulated Dominik and JD on their victory. Finn then says that maybe he was the one who invited them. Finn then says that he wanted to have fun in an easier way, but he taught her how to play dirty. Then Finn said that playtime was over. Finn then says you only know one side of him. Then Finn says there’s a side of him that he buried a long time ago. And Finn reveals a side of him that he thought was gone forever. Finn then says you came back because you woke it up. Then Finn says it’s coming for you.
Dominic then asks everyone what Finn meant. Then JD says you need to worry about your incompetent dad getting a title match. Then Dominic says that JD will take back the IC title. Dominic then says he knows how to deal with his expressionless father. Roxanne Perez shows up and asks Raquel Rodriguez to quit because Liv Morgan needs to talk to her. Later, Liv thanks Roxanne for everything she did last week. Then she said there was an elephant in the room. Liv then says that she knows Finn brought her to the group, but he turned his back on them. Stephanie then attacks Liv from behind, sending her into a storage case and monitor.
WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque then exits to sign a contract, followed by Adam Pearce. Adam Pearce then previewed the Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar match at WrestleMania 42, stating that we saw the birth of a true clash of titans at WrestleMania. Paul Heyman then comes out and interrupts them. Heyman then introduces his client Brock Lesnar. Heyman then says that Brock Lesnar is one of those rulers who can’t be measured by Oba Femi. Brock Lesnar then makes his way down to the ring.
Oba Femi then comes down to the ring. Oba then gets in the ring and Brock hits him in the shoulder. Oba then sends Brock into the ring post. They then went over a table and security came to the ring and were thrown aside by Brock and Oba. Brock first runs away and attacks Oba. Oba then breaks free and chases Brock. Brock then threw a chair at Oba, who threw the chair back. Security then holds both men back as the show draws to a close.
