The return of the disbanded faction was teased on NXT

The NXT faction could soon return.

The latest episode of Black & Silver Show featured a short video package from previous Chase U reader Andre Chase.

The NXT star, which was a mess since the group was forced to break up last year, cried out as he pulled out a tracking U-sweater from his briefcase.

The faction was born in late 2021 when Andre Chase debuted his teacher persona and began hosting the Andre Chase University segment on the show. Bodhi Hayward and Thea will join Chase U in the coming months. Hayward was replaced by Duke Hudson that November when the former was released from his contract.

The group achieved some success during the three years of running, winning the NXT Tag Team Championship on two different occasions. Ridge Holland joined the group in early 2024, but turned them on after relenting on September 1st the title loss of the second tag team. The Netherlands then vowed to defeat Chase U.

The feud continued until the NXT episode of November 19th, when Holland defeated Andre Chase. The group was then forced to disband as a result of the match’s regulations. Duke Hudson was later released by WWE, so this time it appears that we need to see which members will be joining the faction.
