FTR returned to all elite wrestling on the April 23 episode of “AEW Dynamite” after a week of suspension that came as a result of trying to attack Tony Ciaborne. But they didn’t come alone.
As Schiavone was about to introduce him to Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, Stokely Hathaway returned to the office and came to the ring on an FTR. Hathaway explained that the FTR is being treated unfairly because no comparison of their actions has been compared to what Jon Moxley, Hangman Page, Darby Allin and Ricochet have done in recent months. With that in mind, Hathaway will make sure he will hit the suspension of the FTR from their permanent records and if anyone wants to talk to the two men, they will have to go through their brand new agent, Hathaway.
Wheeler then went to the microphone, where he explained that 2.0 and Daniel Garcia were not in the way. After that, Harwood had something to say, but after being so badly booed by the audience, he invited a special guest, Rock and Roll Express, into the ring. Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson reluctantly got into the ring, and even a warm welcome from the FTR Harwood gave Morton no chance to speak as he kept taking the microphone from him.
When Morton was enough, Hathaway reveals that FTR has a new T-shirt and throws it at Morton, and FTR attacks two legends, and Morton gets a pile of spikes for his troubles. Before dealing any more damage, Paragon rushes into the ring to save Morton and Gibson, while FTR and Hathaway flee through the crowd.
