The Smackdown star has said goodbye to WWE for now, sharing a farewell address following a big loss in his latest match.
On the April 25 episode of SmackDown, Chelsea Green Face’s Jellina Vega took place at the WWE Women’s US Championships.
Vega ultimately won, pinning the green to win his first single title in WWE, marking the mark when the championship changed hands for the first time since its introduction.
Although Green had previously dealt with the loss of the championship, SmackDown Star’s latest comments have fueled speculation about what to do next for her:
Green went to Twitter to share photos of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC, and raised the US flag on the half-mast.
Sharing the farewell address, Green wrote:
“Goodbye now WWE
“This is my farewell speech.”
Chelsea Green was the first WWE Women’s US champion to win gold at the main event show on Saturday night, December 14th, 2024.
Her title reign ended 131 days later, following defenses such as sewing machines and Soluluka.
Despite hosting one of WWE’s latest championships, the Green was not working either night on Wrestlemania 41.
