Naomi just made it official. The Glow era is over.
Fans wrote after tweeting about the entrance to France’s viral backlash, “I still think about Naomi being here. She raised the crowd.” Naomi fought back with a message that permanently shut the doors of past characters. “There’s no sparkle anymore. Just caution tape, razor, lemon juice🪒🍋😁⚠️” She wrote on April 27th.
For years, Naomi has built her identity around Glow’s movements. It is the bright light, neon colors and pleasant energy that has made it one of WWE’s most beloved stars. But now, after a fierce brawl with Jade Cargill on WrestleMania 41 and Smackdown, Naomi has revealed that she played well.
Even when the viral clip showed Cargill the missing Naomi punch during their fight, she didn’t retreat. Instead, she leaned over it and posted, “Next time, the nose will connect your bust and forehead.” Let fans know that she’s just becoming more aggressive.
The glow is officially dead. Naomi’s new attitude is about pain, attitude and forgiveness.
